儲(chǔ)能電站監(jiān)測(cè)控制軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文課題來(lái)源于與某能源科技公司合作項(xiàng)目,旨在開發(fā)一套儲(chǔ)能電站監(jiān)測(cè)控制軟件,及時(shí)處理分析儲(chǔ)能電站內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)儲(chǔ)能電站的監(jiān)測(cè)、管理、控制、調(diào)度,以及實(shí)時(shí)報(bào)故報(bào)警。該儲(chǔ)能電站系統(tǒng)是基于鋰離子電池儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備,由294個(gè)集裝箱式電池模塊串并組合而成。單一電池模塊由XMC4500控制器進(jìn)行管理,包含996節(jié)18650鋰離子電池。294個(gè)電池模塊分7層擺放,輸出電壓為600V,能量可達(dá)2.2MWh。中央控制主機(jī)通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)通信,獲取電池模塊基本信息以及儲(chǔ)能電站工作環(huán)境狀態(tài)信息等基本數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)其處理分析,智能管理、控制調(diào)度電池模塊充放電;中央控制主機(jī)具有可視化交互界面,實(shí)時(shí)更新顯示儲(chǔ)能電站狀態(tài);中央控制主機(jī)將運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的儲(chǔ)能電站狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)、報(bào)故報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)、工作人員操作信息等,記錄并存入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以供調(diào)用、查詢。論文的主要內(nèi)容:(1)對(duì)儲(chǔ)能電站系統(tǒng)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況、儲(chǔ)能電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)及其典型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行介紹;(2)對(duì)儲(chǔ)能電站監(jiān)測(cè)控制軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)際的需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信架構(gòu),制定軟件開發(fā)方案;(3)根據(jù)軟件需求,對(duì)軟件總體框架進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),細(xì)致化分軟件功能結(jié)構(gòu);設(shè)計(jì)多線程,具體解決線程同步等問(wèn)題;設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)交互界面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)等四個(gè)主要功能模塊;本文還設(shè)計(jì)了儲(chǔ)能電站放電控制調(diào)度算法;(4)對(duì)中央主控系統(tǒng)與下層控制器的通信方式以及傳輸模式進(jìn)行介紹,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)中央主控系統(tǒng)與下層控制器的通信協(xié)議,結(jié)合應(yīng)用,具體設(shè)計(jì)其功能碼和參數(shù)的格式,并對(duì)錯(cuò)誤碼進(jìn)行相關(guān)說(shuō)明;(5)細(xì)致分析儲(chǔ)能電站內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)信息特點(diǎn),抽象實(shí)體,建立實(shí)體聯(lián)系模型;分析實(shí)體對(duì)象基本屬性,建立儲(chǔ)能電站數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng);(6)分析層控制器、箱體內(nèi)部工作環(huán)境控制器的功能特點(diǎn)、數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)、通信特點(diǎn),提出測(cè)試需求,設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試方法,搭建測(cè)試平臺(tái),編寫測(cè)試用例,處理分析測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)測(cè)試進(jìn)行總結(jié)。儲(chǔ)能電站監(jiān)測(cè)控制軟件作為儲(chǔ)能電站系統(tǒng)的大腦,對(duì)于儲(chǔ)能電站的智能化管理、安全可靠運(yùn)行具有重要意義。目前,該軟件成果已進(jìn)入實(shí)際聯(lián)調(diào)階段,是該儲(chǔ)能電站整體系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of monitoring and control software for energy storage power station, to process and analyze the internal data in time, and to realize the monitoring, management, control and dispatch of the energy storage power station. And real-time alarm. The system is based on lithium-ion battery storage equipment and consists of 294 container battery modules. The single battery module is managed by XMC4500 controller and consists of 18650 lithium ion batteries with seven layers. The output voltage is 600V and the energy can reach 2.2 MWh. The central control host obtains the basic information of battery module and the working environment state information of storage power station through Ethernet communication, and processes and analyzes the data, intelligently manages and controls the charge and discharge of battery module. The central control host has a visual interactive interface to update and display the status of the energy storage power station in real time, and the central control host records and stores the status data of the energy storage power station, the alarm data, the operation information of the staff and so on, in the operation process. For calling, querying. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) introduce the development of the energy storage power station system at home and abroad, introduce the related technology and typical structure of the energy storage power station monitoring system, (2) analyze the actual requirement of the monitoring and control software of the energy storage power station, design the network communication structure, Make the software development plan; (3) according to the software demand, carry on the design to the software overall frame, divide the software function structure meticulously, design the multithread, solve the problem of thread synchronization concretely, design and realize the interactive interface, network communication, business logic, etc. This paper also designs the discharge control scheduling algorithm of energy storage power station. (4) the communication mode and transmission mode between the central main control system and the lower controller are introduced. The communication protocol between the central master control system and the lower controller is designed in detail. Combining with the application, the format of the function code and the parameters are designed, and the error code is explained. (5) the characteristics of the internal data information of the energy storage power station are analyzed in detail, and the entity is abstracted. Establish entity contact model, analyze the basic attributes of entity object, establish the database application system of energy storage power station; (6) analyze the function characteristics, data characteristics, communication characteristics of the controller in the inner working environment of the box, and put forward the test requirements. Design test methods, build test platform, write test cases, process and analyze test data, and summarize the test. As the brain of the energy storage power station system, the monitoring and control software of the energy storage power station is of great significance for the intelligent management and safe and reliable operation of the energy storage power station. At present, the software has entered the stage of practical adjustment, which is the key link of the whole system test of the energy storage power station.
