雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機繞組匝間短路故障分析
[Abstract]:As a common fault of doubly-fed induction generator, winding inter-turn short circuit is harmful to generator and wind power system. Therefore, the study of inter-turn short-circuit fault in windings of doubly-fed induction generator is of great significance to protect the safe operation of wind turbine and improve the operational efficiency of wind power system. Based on the theory of multi-loop, the mathematical model of doubly-fed induction generator is established when the stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault and rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault occur. In the course of modeling, the selection principle of circuit and the setting method of inter-turn short circuit fault are discussed. Based on the simulation software of MATLAB, the multi-loop model of doubly-fed induction generator is programmed, and the inductance parameters of the doubly-fed induction generator are calculated. In the calculation process, the effects of harmonics, slot leakage and end leakage are considered. The change of electromagnetic characteristics after inter-turn short circuit of stator windings of doubly-fed machine is studied. The harmonic components in rotor current are summarized. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis. In addition, the variation of stator current phase angle and amplitude is summarized. The variation of electromagnetic characteristics after inter-turn short circuit of rotor windings is studied. The current of a stator branch current line current and harmonic content in the circulation between parallel branches are summarized. Through the analysis of fault mechanism and fault characteristics of doubly-fed induction generator winding, it can provide valuable theoretical basis for early diagnosis and condition monitoring of windings fault of doubly-fed induction generator.
