變電站調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)交互系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國家電網(wǎng)公司建設(shè)堅強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展理念的提出,智能調(diào)度技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)和智能變電站取得了長足的發(fā)展,電網(wǎng)管理由人工向科學(xué)性、分析性和智能性轉(zhuǎn)變,傳統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)運行數(shù)據(jù)交互處理模式也將面臨一次重大的變革,必須滿足更優(yōu)化、更高效、更可靠、更安全的電網(wǎng)調(diào)度控制需求,切實提升電網(wǎng)運行的可靠性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。為貫徹執(zhí)行國家電網(wǎng)公司發(fā)布的《關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)“三集五大”體系建設(shè)的意見》一號文件,國調(diào)中心遵從“告警直傳、遠(yuǎn)程瀏覽、數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化、調(diào)控安全”的基本原則,提出了通過“優(yōu)化調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)”、“直傳告警信息”和“遠(yuǎn)程瀏覽全景”三條途徑來實現(xiàn)主站端對變電站設(shè)備監(jiān)控信息的交互及應(yīng)用,從而達(dá)到全面滿足“調(diào)控一體化”建設(shè)的要求。本文從新形勢下變電站調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)交互模式的用戶需求和業(yè)務(wù)需求出發(fā),充分結(jié)合變電站監(jiān)控技術(shù)、調(diào)度自動化技術(shù)和通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),基于國際電工委員會(IEC)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系,對如何實現(xiàn)新的技術(shù)體系下變電站調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)交互的方法和技術(shù)難點進(jìn)行一些設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),并最終設(shè)計出一套滿足國家電網(wǎng)公司技術(shù)要求的變電站調(diào)控數(shù)據(jù)交互系統(tǒng),為下階段新的技術(shù)體系的推廣和實施奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。該系統(tǒng)通過對變電站運行數(shù)據(jù)、模型、圖形的一系列優(yōu)化處理,能夠快速、可靠、準(zhǔn)確的向調(diào)度主站反映變電站的運行狀態(tài),同時也允許調(diào)控監(jiān)控中心值班人員和運維中心運行人員通過遠(yuǎn)程瀏覽方式全面查看變電站全景運行數(shù)據(jù),從而幫助電網(wǎng)運行人員實時高效的掌握電網(wǎng)運行狀態(tài),真正意義上實現(xiàn)無人值班和調(diào)控一體化。
[Abstract]:With the development concept of building a strong smart grid in State Grid Company, the intelligent dispatching technology support system and intelligent substation have made great progress, and the power network management has changed from artificial to scientific, analytical and intelligent. The traditional interactive processing mode of grid operation data will also face a major change. It must meet the needs of more optimization, more efficient, more reliable, more secure power grid dispatching control, and improve the reliability and economy of power grid operation. In order to implement the No 1 document "opinions on comprehensively promoting the Construction of" three sets and five Major "Systems" issued by State Grid Corporation, the National dispatching Center adheres to the basic principles of "warning direct transmission, remote browsing, data optimization, and regulation and control security". This paper puts forward three ways to realize the interaction and application of monitoring information to substation equipment by "optimizing control data", "direct alarm information" and "remote browsing panorama". In order to fully meet the "regulation and control integration" construction requirements. In this paper, based on the user demand and service demand of substation regulation data interaction mode under the new situation, this paper fully combines substation monitoring technology, dispatching automation technology and communication network technology, and based on the relevant standardization system of (IEC) of the International Electrotechnical Commission. How to realize the methods and technical difficulties of substation regulation and control data interaction under the new technology system is designed and implemented. Finally, a set of substation regulation data interaction system that meets the technical requirements of State Grid Company is designed. For the next stage of the promotion and implementation of the new technology system laid a solid foundation. Through a series of optimization processing of substation operation data, model and graph, the system can quickly, reliably and accurately reflect the substation operation state to the dispatching master station. At the same time, it also allows the personnel on duty of the control and monitoring center and the operators of the operation and maintenance center to view the panoramic operation data of the substation in a comprehensive way through remote browsing, so as to help the operators of the power grid to grasp the running state of the power grid in real In a real sense, the realization of unattended and integrated regulation and control.
