1000MW超超臨界空冷火電機(jī)組低溫省煤器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:本文簡要介紹了國內(nèi)火電機(jī)組中常見的三種低溫省煤器設(shè)備,歸納了低溫省煤器應(yīng)用于火電機(jī)組的常見系統(tǒng)型式及特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了影響火電機(jī)組低溫省煤器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的主要因素。本文以山西神頭電廠1000MW超超臨界空冷火電機(jī)組為例,設(shè)計(jì)了四個(gè)低溫省煤器加熱凝結(jié)水的系統(tǒng)方案。計(jì)算及分析結(jié)果顯示,方案四的系統(tǒng)熱效率高于其它三個(gè)較常規(guī)的方案。方案四中,作者按照熱能分級利用的思路和系統(tǒng)安全可靠的原則,將兩級低溫省煤器以串聯(lián)方式布置在脫硫吸收塔入口的煙道上,處在高溫?zé)煔舛蔚牡蜏厥∶浩鰽,用來加熱高溫段的凝結(jié)水;處在低溫?zé)煔舛蔚牡蜏厥∶浩鰾,用來加熱低溫段的凝結(jié)水。同時(shí),由于方案四的兩級低溫省煤器都處在除塵器的下游,所以低溫省煤器換熱管束可以避免高粉塵濃度煙氣的沖刷磨損,設(shè)備使用壽命及安全性大幅提高。本文提出的低溫省煤器系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案對山西神頭電廠1000MW超超臨界空冷火電機(jī)組和類似條件的火電機(jī)組都有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值,本文總結(jié)的低溫省煤器系統(tǒng)在1000MW超超臨界空冷機(jī)組上工程應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),也對同類型機(jī)組的工程設(shè)計(jì)有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces three kinds of low temperature economizer equipment in domestic thermal power unit, summarizes the common system types and characteristics of low temperature economizer used in thermal power unit, and summarizes the main factors influencing the design of low temperature economizer system of thermal power unit. Taking the 1000MW ultra-supercritical air-cooled thermal power unit in Shentou Power Plant as an example, four low-temperature economizers for heating condensate water are designed in this paper. The results of calculation and analysis show that the system thermal efficiency of the fourth scheme is higher than that of the other three schemes. In the fourth scheme, according to the idea of grading utilization of heat energy and the principle of safety and reliability of the system, the two-stage low temperature economizer is arranged in series on the flue at the entrance of the desulfurization absorption tower. Low temperature economizer A is used to heat condensate water in high temperature section and low temperature economizer B is used to heat condensate water in low temperature section. At the same time, because the two-stage cryogenic economizer of scheme four is downstream of the dust collector, the tube bundle of the low-temperature economizer can avoid the erosion and wear of the smoke with high dust concentration, and the service life and safety of the equipment are greatly improved. The system optimization scheme of low temperature economizer proposed in this paper is of high practical value for 1000MW supercritical air-cooled thermal power units and similar thermal power units in Shentou Power Plant of Shanxi Province. The main points of engineering application of cryogenic economizer system in 1000MW ultra-supercritical air cooling unit are summarized in this paper. It is also of great significance to the engineering design of the same type units.
