變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)是通過采集、分析油色譜在線監(jiān)測裝置的數(shù)據(jù),并對油色譜數(shù)據(jù)進行分析處理,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)運行設(shè)備內(nèi)部潛伏性故障并及時報警傳輸相關(guān)信息,從而避免大型充油電氣設(shè)備運行事故,保證電網(wǎng)安全運行,同時通過積累設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù),為狀態(tài)檢修提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)采用集成化設(shè)計思想、分層分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),研究開發(fā)一套變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)平臺,集中監(jiān)控電網(wǎng)的油色譜在線監(jiān)測裝置,可以與電網(wǎng)公司已安裝或準(zhǔn)備安裝的不同原理、不同廠家的監(jiān)測裝置進行遠程數(shù)據(jù)交換,具備數(shù)據(jù)自動收集、瀏覽查詢、圖形顯示、故障診斷、異常報警等功能,最終實現(xiàn)各個變電站高壓設(shè)備的遠程、在線式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化集中監(jiān)測與故障診斷,克服以往在線監(jiān)測“各自為政”的弊端。系統(tǒng)采用基于Java語言的J2EE架構(gòu)架構(gòu)開發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用MySQL。變壓器油色譜在線監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場測試數(shù)據(jù)通過廣域網(wǎng)或無線通訊方式寫入該系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,其數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件均放置于數(shù)據(jù)采集計算機中,用戶用瀏覽器通過廣域網(wǎng)絡(luò)訪問應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,查詢、分析、統(tǒng)計相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),同時,系統(tǒng)通過GPRS MODEM進行手機短信報警和手機短信數(shù)據(jù)查詢。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)內(nèi)容包含數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析、故障診斷、故障報警、系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)接口、用戶認證等功能服務(wù)。通過本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),建立一套電網(wǎng)大型設(shè)備油色譜在線數(shù)據(jù)管理共享數(shù)據(jù)庫,實現(xiàn)對大型樞紐變電站充油電氣設(shè)備油色譜在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的動態(tài)遠程管理和資源共享,并在第一時間為多位相關(guān)人員提供異常設(shè)備油中故障氣體含量超標(biāo)報警手機短信和數(shù)據(jù)查詢。。
[Abstract]:Transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring and management system is to collect, analyze the data of oil chromatographic on-line monitoring device, analyze and process the data of oil chromatographic, timely discover the latent faults inside the operating equipment and timely alarm transmission of relevant information, so as to avoid the operation accident of large oil-filled electrical equipment and ensure the safe operation of power grid. By accumulating on-line monitoring data of equipment, the system provides data basis for condition-based maintenance. The system adopts integrated design idea, layered distributed network structure, and develops a data platform for on-line monitoring and management system of transformer oil chromatography, which can centralize monitoring of on-line monitoring equipment of oil chromatography in power grid, and can be installed or quasi-installed with power grid company. Different principles of standby installation, remote data exchange between monitoring devices of different manufacturers, with data automatic collection, browsing query, graphical display, fault diagnosis, abnormal alarm and other functions, and ultimately realize the remote, online, network centralized monitoring and fault diagnosis of high voltage equipment in each substation, to overcome the previous online monitoring "independent" The system is developed with J2EE framework based on Java language. The database is developed with MySQL. The field test data of transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring management system is written into the system database by WAN or wireless communication. The data acquisition software is placed in the data acquisition computer and the user browsers through the wide area. Network access to the application server, query, analysis, statistics related data, at the same time, the system through GPRS MODEM for mobile phone short message alarm and mobile phone short message data query.
