電網(wǎng)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控預(yù)警報(bào)警系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the development of modern economic construction, the scale of power grid is larger and larger, the degree of intelligence is higher and higher, the operation mode is more and more complex, the security and stability control of power grid, the operation difficulty is also far more complicated and trivial than before. In this background, we need to design a set of automatic monitoring, automatic warning, automatic alarm platform. On the basis of deeply studying the information exchange standard between the monitoring system and the system monitoring module in the application system, this paper cooperates with the national dispatching automation master system. The real-time monitoring and warning system of power network is designed. The system has completed the monitoring of the working state of the power network, remote monitoring and monitoring of remote information, sound and short message alarm. At the same time, artificial intelligence speech recognition conversion function, can quickly achieve instant alarm, remote alarm information consultation operation. The system can automatically monitor the current system conditions, greatly liberate the energy of the operation and maintenance personnel on duty, facilitate the operation and maintenance personnel faster, more accurate system analysis and management. At the beginning of the system design, the stability and reliability of the system and the robustness of the system are taken into account to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole system, and the unattended substation must be monitored automatically 24 hours a day. Through the research and development, debugging and putting into operation of the system, it will provide a set of efficient and intelligent ideal monitoring tool for the operation and maintenance personnel and the personnel on duty to monitor and manage the system.
