臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)配網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本論文目標(biāo)是研討在臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)具體應(yīng)用配網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修技術(shù)。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括調(diào)研配網(wǎng)常規(guī)檢修模式,制定在臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)運(yùn)用配網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修技術(shù)的總體目標(biāo)及要求,研究實(shí)施配網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修的主要做法和工作流程,在具體實(shí)施過(guò)程中完成設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)狀態(tài)量的收集,進(jìn)行設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)并最終分析實(shí)施結(jié)果和運(yùn)用成效及今后改進(jìn)的方向。研究過(guò)程需通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,分析檢修模式現(xiàn)狀,充分調(diào)研臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)配網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,制定狀態(tài)檢修具體實(shí)行辦法,對(duì)每一環(huán)節(jié)制定需達(dá)成的目標(biāo),主要涉及管理方面、技術(shù)支持方面、狀態(tài)信息收集、具體評(píng)價(jià)執(zhí)行以及其他技術(shù)保障方面。并對(duì)臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)若干條配電線路實(shí)施狀態(tài)檢修策略,做好全過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)管理,最終制定配網(wǎng)設(shè)備評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論,形成狀態(tài)檢修策略以指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)工作。預(yù)期創(chuàng)造性成果將在臺(tái)州中心城區(qū)形成配網(wǎng)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修的實(shí)施流程,健全組織機(jī)構(gòu),完成線路的設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)和檢修決策,預(yù)期形成狀態(tài)檢修模式常態(tài)化工作意識(shí)和工作流程,為后期狀態(tài)檢修技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)豐富檢測(cè)手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)配網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修新技術(shù)、新工藝帶來(lái)的良好效果,促進(jìn)工作人員對(duì)新技術(shù)的掌握運(yùn)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)狀態(tài)檢修與其他專業(yè)互相促進(jìn)和良性循環(huán)效果,提高配網(wǎng)運(yùn)維能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of condition based maintenance technology in Taizhou central district. The main research contents include investigating the routine maintenance mode of distribution network, formulating the overall goal and requirement of applying the condition maintenance technology in the central city of Taizhou, and studying the main methods and work flow of implementing the condition maintenance of distribution network. In the process of implementation, the state quantity of equipment data is collected, the equipment status is evaluated, and the implementation results and application results are analyzed, as well as the direction of improvement in the future. The research process should refer to domestic and foreign literature, analyze the current situation of maintenance mode, fully investigate the current situation of distribution network in central city of Taizhou, formulate specific implementation methods of condition-based maintenance, and formulate the objectives to be achieved for each link, mainly involving management. Technical support, status information collection, specific evaluation and implementation, and other technical support. In order to guide production, several distribution lines in the central district of Taizhou are implemented the strategy of condition based maintenance (CBM), the evaluation management of the whole process is done well, the evaluation conclusion of distribution network equipment is worked out, and the strategy of CCM is formed to guide the production work. It is expected that the creative achievements will form the implementation process of distribution network equipment condition-based maintenance in the central urban area of Taizhou, perfect the organization, complete the equipment condition evaluation and maintenance decision of the line, It is expected to form the normal working consciousness and workflow of condition based maintenance, which will lay a solid foundation for the popularization and application of state based maintenance in later stage. At the same time, it enriches the testing means, realizes the new technology of distribution network condition maintenance, the good effect brought by the new technology, promotes the staff to master and apply the new technology, realizes the condition maintenance and other professional mutual promotion and virtuous circle effect, Improve the distribution network operation and maintenance ability.
