35kV智能化變電站合并單元技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)家當(dāng)前的“堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,35kV變電站作為智能電網(wǎng)變電的最后一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn),是電力系統(tǒng)中相當(dāng)重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。它在國(guó)家電力事業(yè)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵性的作用,特別是為三農(nóng)用電方面提供著可靠的支撐。為適應(yīng)未來(lái)對(duì)變電站的智能化要求,35kV變電站的智能化升級(jí)改造勢(shì)在必行。合并單元實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)互感器輸出的電壓、電流信號(hào)數(shù)字化的轉(zhuǎn)換,是過(guò)程層與間隔層的重要數(shù)字接口設(shè)備。本文首先對(duì)比了智能化變電站和傳統(tǒng)變電站,指明了合并單元在智能化變電站中的重要作用。按照智能化變電站建設(shè)的IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了一種基于ARM+FPGA的適用于35kV智能化變電站合并單元的設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)35kV變電站的特點(diǎn)和合并單元的技術(shù)規(guī)范,本文將合并單元分為三大功能模塊展開研究,包括數(shù)據(jù)接收與處理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)同步功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)通訊功能模塊。從模擬量信號(hào)的電流電壓轉(zhuǎn)換和模擬量小信號(hào)的放大轉(zhuǎn)換、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)字濾波、GPS秒脈沖同步、光口電口轉(zhuǎn)換和以太網(wǎng)報(bào)文發(fā)送等功能方面,具體實(shí)現(xiàn)了合并單元的三個(gè)功能模塊。最后,對(duì)每個(gè)功能部分進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該合并單元方案設(shè)計(jì)正確可行,各功能模塊的性能指標(biāo)滿足合并單元的技術(shù)要求,以太網(wǎng)發(fā)送的IEC61850-9-2LE規(guī)約組幀的采樣值數(shù)據(jù)傳輸正確。本合并單元根據(jù)數(shù)量廣大的35kV變電站的現(xiàn)狀:電子式互感器與傳統(tǒng)互感器將會(huì)長(zhǎng)期共存。為35kV變電站設(shè)計(jì)了一種合并單元,該合并單元提供了傳統(tǒng)互感器和電子式互感器數(shù)據(jù)信息的接口,利用GPS秒脈沖同步方法解決了合并單元的時(shí)鐘同步問(wèn)題。以數(shù)字化的手段,完成對(duì)35kV變電站智能化的升級(jí)改造,對(duì)35kV變電站的智能化建設(shè)有著非常重要的研究意義。
[Abstract]:Under the current development strategy of "strong smart grid" in China, 35 kV substation, as the last node of smart grid substation, is a very important link in power system. It plays a key role in the development of the national electric power industry, especially provides reliable support for the three rural areas. In order to meet the requirement of intelligent substation in the future, it is imperative to upgrade and upgrade 35 kV substation intelligently. The merging unit realizes the digitization conversion of the voltage and current signals of the transformer and is an important digital interface device between the process layer and the interval layer. Firstly, this paper compares the intelligent substation with the traditional substation, and points out the important role of the merging unit in the intelligent substation. According to the IEC61850 standard of intelligent substation construction, a design scheme of 35kV intelligent substation merging unit based on ARM FPGA is proposed. According to the characteristics of 35kV substation and the technical specification of merging unit, this paper divides the merging unit into three functional modules, including data receiving and processing module, data synchronization function module and data communication function module. From the aspects of current and voltage conversion of analog signal and amplification conversion of small analog signal, digital filtering GPS pulse synchronization, optical port conversion and Ethernet message transmission, three functional modules of the combined unit are implemented. Finally, each function part is tested. The experimental results show that the scheme design is correct and feasible, the performance index of each functional module meets the technical requirements of the merging unit, and the sampling value data transmission of the IEC61850-9-2LE protocol frame sent by Ethernet is correct. According to the large number of 35kV substation, electronic transformer and traditional transformer will coexist for a long time. A merging unit is designed for 35kV substation, which provides the interface between traditional transformer and electronic transformer data information. The clock synchronization problem of merging unit is solved by using the method of GPS second pulse synchronization. It is of great significance for the intelligent construction of 35kV substation to complete the intelligent upgrading of 35kV substation by means of digitization.
