[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's electric power system reform, a large number of enterprises in the electricity market have changed dramatically. The Electric Power Research Institute plays an important role in the development of the whole electricity market. The steady development of electric power research institute is very important to the operation safety of power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises in various regions. The Shenhua Power Research Institute is a subsidiary of Shenhua Power Co., Ltd., although it has a relatively strong power in the power industry and occupies a dominant position in the industry, but in the new environment, How to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises through correct strategic positioning has become an important problem facing enterprises. This paper takes Shenhua Power Research Institute as the research object, on the basis of in-depth investigation, combined with the current situation of power industry development, and based on the theory of enterprise strategic development management. With the methods of SWOT strategic analysis and internal and external environment analysis as the main tools, the development strategy orientation, content, implementation path and control of Shenhua Power Research Institute are studied in depth. On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature and methods, the thesis makes an effective analysis of the development environment and internal conditions of Shenhua Power Research Institute, and analyzes the overall strategy, business and function strategy. The implementation plan and control of the strategy are analyzed, demonstrated and studied in detail, and the whole research process is summed up accurately in the end. The development strategy of Shenhua Power Research Institute is as follows: power station service system solution provider. To adhere to the line of technological innovation and knowledge management, to promote the development and reform of various businesses, such as scientific and technological research and development, technical support, logistics management, fuel management, personnel training management, information construction, etc. Shenhua Power Company for the healthy development of the protection. In this paper, the strategic orientation of Shenhua Power Research Institute is discussed in detail and concretely from various aspects. It is of great significance to promote the healthy and stable development of Shenhua Power Research Institute. At the same time for the development of other research institutes in the industry to provide a reference.
