神華國華電力研究院戰(zhàn)略定位研究

【摘要】:隨著我國電力體制改革進(jìn)程的深入,電力市場中為數(shù)眾多的企業(yè)變化劇烈。電力研究院對整個電力市場的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要的作用。電力研究院的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展對于各地區(qū)電網(wǎng)內(nèi)的發(fā)電企業(yè)、電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的運行安全至關(guān)重要。 神華國華電力研究院作為神華國華電力有限公司的子公司,雖然在電力行業(yè)內(nèi)實力較為雄厚,并且在行業(yè)內(nèi)占據(jù)了優(yōu)勢地位,但在新的環(huán)境下,如何通過正確的戰(zhàn)略定位保持企業(yè)的核心競爭力成為企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。 本文以神華國華電力研究院為研究對象,在深入調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前電力行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展管理的理論為依據(jù),以內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析、SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析等方法為主要工具,對神華國華電力研究院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位、內(nèi)容和實施路徑及控制進(jìn)行了深入研究。全文采用各種理論方法并在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上對神華國華電力研究院的發(fā)展環(huán)境、內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行有效分析,并從總體戰(zhàn)略、業(yè)務(wù)和職能戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略的實施計劃和控制等各個方面對其戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行詳盡的分析、論證與研究,并在最終對整個研究過程做出準(zhǔn)確的總結(jié),將神華國華電力研究院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位為:電站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)解決方案提供商。在堅持技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和知識管理路線,推進(jìn)科技研發(fā)、技術(shù)支持、物流管理、燃料管理、人才培訓(xùn)管理、信息化建設(shè)等各個業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展改革,為神華國華電力公司的健康發(fā)展提供保障。 本文對神華國華電力研究院的戰(zhàn)略定位從各個方面進(jìn)行了詳盡具體的研究論述,對推動神華國華電力研究院的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義,同時為行業(yè)內(nèi)其他研究院的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's electric power system reform, a large number of enterprises in the electricity market have changed dramatically. The Electric Power Research Institute plays an important role in the development of the whole electricity market. The steady development of electric power research institute is very important to the operation safety of power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises in various regions. The Shenhua Power Research Institute is a subsidiary of Shenhua Power Co., Ltd., although it has a relatively strong power in the power industry and occupies a dominant position in the industry, but in the new environment, How to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises through correct strategic positioning has become an important problem facing enterprises. This paper takes Shenhua Power Research Institute as the research object, on the basis of in-depth investigation, combined with the current situation of power industry development, and based on the theory of enterprise strategic development management. With the methods of SWOT strategic analysis and internal and external environment analysis as the main tools, the development strategy orientation, content, implementation path and control of Shenhua Power Research Institute are studied in depth. On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature and methods, the thesis makes an effective analysis of the development environment and internal conditions of Shenhua Power Research Institute, and analyzes the overall strategy, business and function strategy. The implementation plan and control of the strategy are analyzed, demonstrated and studied in detail, and the whole research process is summed up accurately in the end. The development strategy of Shenhua Power Research Institute is as follows: power station service system solution provider. To adhere to the line of technological innovation and knowledge management, to promote the development and reform of various businesses, such as scientific and technological research and development, technical support, logistics management, fuel management, personnel training management, information construction, etc. Shenhua Power Company for the healthy development of the protection. In this paper, the strategic orientation of Shenhua Power Research Institute is discussed in detail and concretely from various aspects.
