配電網(wǎng)多故障搶修與供電恢復(fù)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:建立了多故障搶修與供電恢復(fù)的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型,通過故障搶修順序和停電負(fù)荷恢復(fù)路徑的交互影響和反復(fù)迭代,最終得到最優(yōu)的搶修計(jì)劃和各個階段最優(yōu)的供電恢復(fù)策略。應(yīng)用快速非支配排序遺傳算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)對所建立的模型進(jìn)行求解,通過動態(tài)操作系統(tǒng)回支關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣來修正在尋優(yōu)過程中產(chǎn)生的違背"配電網(wǎng)輻射運(yùn)行"約束的不可行解。算例計(jì)算證明,采用不同的搶修順序和供電恢復(fù)策略將對配電系統(tǒng)的供電可靠性產(chǎn)生不同的影響,所建立的模型是正確有效的。
