【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的加劇,一個(gè)區(qū)域的企業(yè)要在市場(chǎng)當(dāng)中獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),不能靠自身的單打獨(dú)斗,必須要發(fā)揮區(qū)域整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同作用。因此從這個(gè)角度來(lái)看,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)馗鱾�(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。同時(shí),全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展,以及價(jià)值鏈和供應(yīng)鏈等概念的出現(xiàn),使得我們開始重新認(rèn)識(shí)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能夠幫助企業(yè)拓展價(jià)值鏈,提升企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的效率,從而提升區(qū)域內(nèi)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)是整個(gè)中山市小家電的區(qū)域中心和產(chǎn)業(yè)中心,這個(gè)區(qū)域截止到2012年末,有民營(yíng)企業(yè)9033家,規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)達(dá)154家,超億元企業(yè)31家。這些數(shù)字顯示中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭非常迅猛。在這種情況下,研究中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能夠更好的推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為背景,運(yùn)用SWOT分析、波特五力分析、波特鉆石模型等方法,通過對(duì)東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境的剖析,重點(diǎn)分析東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的供應(yīng)商、購(gòu)買者、潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、替代品、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者等因素的影響,總結(jié)出東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在產(chǎn)業(yè)配套、人力資源、政策環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)需求等方面的機(jī)遇與優(yōu)勢(shì),在資金短缺、融資困難、創(chuàng)新能力不足、品牌實(shí)力較弱、原材料價(jià)格攀升等方面的劣勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn);最后提出中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)提升小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。論文研究指出,中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)應(yīng)以“打造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”為目標(biāo),通過加快產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的層次升級(jí)、做好產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的服務(wù)管理、提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新能力、積極實(shí)施全球化戰(zhàn)略等策略來(lái)提升中山市東鳳鎮(zhèn)小家電產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。通過本論文研究,以期能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)政府和企業(yè)在制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the competition degree of modern market, if a regional enterprise wants to gain the competitive advantage in the market, it can't rely on its own single fight, it must give play to the synergy of the whole industry of the region. Therefore, from this point of view, the development of regional economy plays a vital role in the development of local enterprises. At the same time, with the development of global industrial chain and the emergence of the concepts of value chain and supply chain, we begin to understand the regional economy again. The development of regional economy can help enterprises to expand the value chain, improve the efficiency of supply chain, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the region. Dongfeng Town in Zhongshan City is the regional center and industrial center of small household appliances in Zhongshan City. By the end of 2012, there were 9033 private enterprises, 154 industrial enterprises and 31 enterprises with more than 100 million yuan. These figures show that Zhongshan Dongfeng town small appliance industry development momentum is very rapid. In this case, it is of great practical significance to study the development of small household appliances industry in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan City, which can better promote the development of industry and the development of regional economy. Based on the development of small home appliance industry, this paper analyzes the external macro environment, industrial competition environment and internal development environment of Dongfeng small household appliance industry by using SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis, Porter diamond model and other methods. By analyzing the influence of suppliers, purchasers, potential competitors, substitutes and industry competitors in the development of Dongfeng small household appliances industry, the paper summarizes the industrial matching, human resources and policy environment for the development of Dongfeng small household appliances industry. Market demand and other opportunities and advantages, in the shortage of funds, financing difficulties, innovation capacity is not enough, brand strength is weak, raw material prices and other aspects of weaknesses and challenges; Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the competitiveness of small household appliances industry and promoting regional economy in Dongfeng Town of Zhongshan City. The paper points out that Dongfeng Town of Zhongshan City should aim at "building industrial clusters and improving their competitiveness". Through speeding up the upgrading of industrial clusters, we should do a good job in the service management of industrial clusters and improve the innovation ability of industrial clusters. Actively implement the strategy of globalization to promote the competitiveness of small appliance industry in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan City. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide some reference value for relevant governments and enterprises in formulating development strategies.
