農(nóng)網(wǎng)三相負(fù)荷不平衡對(duì)線損影響的研究及編程實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:線損率是電力部門(mén)的一項(xiàng)重要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),它的高低直接與電力企業(yè)的技術(shù)、管理水平相關(guān)聯(lián)。我國(guó)擁有世界上規(guī)模最大的農(nóng)村電力網(wǎng),農(nóng)網(wǎng)用戶基數(shù)巨大,覆蓋面積廣,并且考慮農(nóng)網(wǎng)本身復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn)以及理論線損計(jì)算過(guò)程中需要克服眾多困難,例如線路結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)不完整、農(nóng)網(wǎng)設(shè)備陳舊、需要采集的原始數(shù)據(jù)過(guò)多等。基于以上因素,提高農(nóng)網(wǎng)線損計(jì)算的精度和效率,是一個(gè)值得深入研究的重要課題。本文是在與湖南省臨湘市電力局合作項(xiàng)目“公變電臺(tái)區(qū)理論線損計(jì)算”的基礎(chǔ)上完成的,主要內(nèi)容是關(guān)于三相負(fù)荷不平衡對(duì)理論線損影響的研究。首先,對(duì)臨湘市電力局的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,同時(shí)實(shí)地測(cè)繪記錄臨湘市臺(tái)區(qū)線路結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)。其次,由繪制的負(fù)荷曲線圖劃分了三相負(fù)荷不平衡的類型,分析了三相負(fù)荷不平衡的特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)線損的影響。論文在比較傳統(tǒng)理論線損計(jì)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,選取等值電阻法作為低壓臺(tái)區(qū)理論線損計(jì)算的方法,但是考慮農(nóng)網(wǎng)實(shí)際情況,等值電阻法對(duì)單一不平衡類型線損計(jì)算結(jié)果的精度不高,同時(shí)對(duì)出現(xiàn)兩種或兩種以上的不平衡類型無(wú)法計(jì)算的缺點(diǎn),提出在等值電阻法的基礎(chǔ)上,基于分時(shí)間段來(lái)計(jì)算三相負(fù)荷不平衡線損,通過(guò)兩種計(jì)算方法結(jié)果的比較,驗(yàn)證了基于分時(shí)間段進(jìn)行理論線損計(jì)算的可行性。最后,按照農(nóng)網(wǎng)理論線損計(jì)算的要求,選用Microsoft SQL server 2008作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使用Java編程語(yǔ)言在Eclipse平臺(tái)上開(kāi)發(fā)了一套針對(duì)低壓電網(wǎng)的理論線損計(jì)算軟件,通過(guò)上述兩種方法進(jìn)行實(shí)例計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算軟件的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Line loss rate is an important technical and economic index of electric power department, and its level is directly related to the technology and management level of electric power enterprise. Our country has the largest rural electric power network in the world, the user base of the rural network is huge, the coverage area is wide, and considering the complex characteristic of the agricultural network and the need to overcome many difficulties in the calculation process of the theoretical line loss, For example, the circuit structure parameter is not complete, the farm network equipment is old, the original data that needs to collect is too much. Based on the above factors, improving the accuracy and efficiency of line loss calculation of rural power network is an important subject worthy of further study. This paper is based on the project "calculation of theoretical Line loss in Public Transformer Station area", which is a cooperative project with Linxiang Electric Power Bureau of Hunan Province. The main content of this paper is the study on the influence of three-phase load imbalance on theoretical line loss. Firstly, the operation data of Linxiang electric power bureau are collected, and the line structure data of Linxiang district are recorded by surveying and mapping. Secondly, the type of three-phase load imbalance is divided from the drawn load curve, and the characteristics of three-phase load imbalance and its influence on line loss are analyzed. On the basis of comparing the traditional theoretical line loss calculation methods, the equivalent resistance method is selected as the theoretical line loss calculation method in the low voltage platform area, but the actual situation of the rural power network is considered. The accuracy of the equivalent resistance method for the line loss calculation of a single unbalanced type is not high. At the same time, for the defect that two or more kinds of unbalanced types can not be calculated, the equivalent resistance method is put forward based on the equivalent resistance method. By comparing the results of two calculation methods, the feasibility of theoretical line loss calculation based on sub-time period is verified. Finally, according to the requirements of theoretical line loss calculation of rural power network, Microsoft SQL server 2008 is selected as the database, and a set of theoretical line loss calculation software for low-voltage power network is developed on Eclipse platform with Java programming language. The practicability of the calculation software is verified.
