福建電網(wǎng)南埔機(jī)組PSS運(yùn)行異,F(xiàn)象分析研究

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定器(PSS)是一種附加勵(lì)磁控制裝置,實(shí)踐表明在機(jī)組裝設(shè)電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定器是抑制低頻振蕩、提高電力系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定性最為經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的措施。近年來,福建省內(nèi)各電廠機(jī)組PSS的試驗(yàn)、投運(yùn)積累了一定實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),大多數(shù)電廠PSS的運(yùn)用對(duì)提高我省電力系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定性起到了積極的作用。隨著運(yùn)用的深入,也出現(xiàn)了省內(nèi)個(gè)別機(jī)組在某些時(shí)刻投入PSS時(shí),有功波動(dòng)增大的異,F(xiàn)象。針對(duì)該異,F(xiàn)象開展研究,以找出其發(fā)生原因,進(jìn)而來取有效措施解決問題,有較大的工程實(shí)際意義。本文介紹了電力系統(tǒng)低頻振蕩的相關(guān)理論、概念和分析方法,對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定器(PSS)抑制低頻振蕩的工作原理和常用PSS模型進(jìn)行了分析,特別針對(duì)南埔電廠機(jī)組2A型PSS模型、參數(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析;采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的方法,從系統(tǒng)振蕩源、勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)軟硬件問題、AVR及PSS參數(shù)問題、調(diào)速器與PSS間相互作用四個(gè)方面對(duì)南埔電廠2號(hào)機(jī)組功率波動(dòng)問題進(jìn)行逐一排查,基本明確了機(jī)組功率異常波動(dòng)的原因是由于2號(hào)機(jī)PSS輸出存在異常引起的,為理論分析提供實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)支持。對(duì)Prony數(shù)字信號(hào)分析方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、算法、參數(shù)設(shè)置等進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)介紹,采用Prony分析方法,從信號(hào)分析的角度,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際錄波曲線和實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行全面的頻譜分析與振蕩特性研究,探究功率異常波動(dòng)出現(xiàn)的原因。依據(jù)南埔電廠各動(dòng)態(tài)元件實(shí)測(cè)模型參數(shù),基于Matlab/Simulink仿真環(huán)境,建立南埔電廠機(jī)組勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)、調(diào)速器系統(tǒng)、PSS以及發(fā)電機(jī)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,綜合研究不同PSS參數(shù)的設(shè)置對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組有功功率波動(dòng)的影響,對(duì)比仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)際錄波曲線之間的差異,研究PSS各硬件部分對(duì)機(jī)組功率異常輸出的影響,分析PSS各環(huán)節(jié)硬件是否存在故障。本文針對(duì)福建電網(wǎng)南埔機(jī)組PSS運(yùn)行后首次出現(xiàn)的功率異常波動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)排查、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)Prony分析、Matlab仿真驗(yàn)證等手段展開研究,對(duì)異,F(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生原因提出了理論上的解釋,并通過調(diào)整PSS參數(shù)、勵(lì)磁調(diào)節(jié)器更換抗干擾能力強(qiáng)的板卡等措施,有效解決了異,F(xiàn)象,為未來同類型機(jī)組出現(xiàn)PSS異,F(xiàn)象分析研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Power system stabilizer (PSS) is an additional excitation control device. Practice shows that installing power system stabilizer is the most economical and effective measure to restrain low frequency oscillation and improve dynamic stability of power system. In recent years, the PSS test of power plants in Fujian Province has accumulated some practical experience. The application of PSS in most power plants has played a positive role in improving the dynamic stability of power system in our province. With the deepening of application, there is an abnormal phenomenon that the active power fluctuation increases when some units in the province are put into PSS at some time. It is of great practical significance to study the abnormal phenomenon in order to find out the causes and take effective measures to solve the problem. This paper introduces the theory, concept and analysis method of low frequency oscillation in power system, analyzes the working principle and common PSS model of power system stabilizer (PSS) to suppress low frequency oscillation, especially for the model of type 2A PSS in Nanpu Power Plant. The realization principle of the parameters is analyzed in detail, and the problems of AVR and PSS parameters are discussed from the system oscillation source, the excitation system software and hardware problems, and the method of field test. The power fluctuation of No. 2 unit in Nanpu Power Plant is investigated one by one from four aspects of the interaction between governor and PSS. It is basically clear that the cause of abnormal power fluctuation of unit 2 is caused by the abnormal output of PSS of Unit 2. To provide theoretical analysis with measured data support. The advantages, algorithms, parameters setting of Prony digital signal analysis method are introduced in detail. The Prony analysis method is used to analyze the signal. The spectrum analysis and oscillation characteristics of actual recorded and measured data are studied to find out the cause of abnormal power fluctuation. Based on the measured model parameters of various dynamic components in Nanpu Power Plant and the simulation environment of Matlab/Simulink, the excitation system, governor system and generator model of Nanpu Power Plant are established. The influence of different PSS parameters on the active power fluctuation of generating set is studied synthetically. The difference between the simulation result and the actual recorded wave curve is compared, and the influence of different hardware parts of PSS on the abnormal output of unit power is studied. This paper analyzes whether the hardware of PSS is faulty or not. In this paper, based on the phenomenon of abnormal power fluctuation of Nanpu generating unit in Fujian power grid after its first operation, the field test and investigation, Prony analysis of field measurement data and Matlab simulation verification are used to carry out the research. The causes of abnormal phenomena are explained in theory, and the abnormal phenomena are effectively solved by adjusting the PSS parameters and replacing the board cards with strong anti-interference ability of the excitation regulator. It provides a reference for the analysis and research of PSS anomaly in the future of the same type units.
