家用吸塵器性能檢測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:吸塵器作為一種家用電器,日益的廣泛應(yīng)用,而吸塵器產(chǎn)品種類及功能也日益繁多。中國家用電器研究院提出,建立一套基于吸塵器檢測國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完整檢測系統(tǒng),獲得能表征吸塵器產(chǎn)品特性的參數(shù),并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品分類及其性能分析。本文主要研究檢測系統(tǒng)中機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及其運(yùn)動控制的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,由傳感器、調(diào)理電路、采集系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。完成研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)動控制的設(shè)計(jì);谖鼔m器檢測國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中要求的檢測設(shè)備方案,提出自動化檢測設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過具體的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行步進(jìn)電機(jī)的選型計(jì)算,確定機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)動位置控制的方案設(shè)計(jì),通過PLC的編程,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)動控制。 (2)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)吸塵器檢測國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中要求的各個測量參數(shù)的精度,確定了所選擇傳感器的測試精度和量程范圍,以及考慮到安裝的需要,進(jìn)行了傳感器的選型確定。根據(jù)傳感器的選型,以及基于PLC的采集模塊的采集系統(tǒng)建立要求,設(shè)計(jì)了傳感器后續(xù)的調(diào)理電路,并且設(shè)計(jì)與搭建了所需的供電電源電路及其接口。通過PLC本身具有的采集模塊編程完成了采集系統(tǒng)建立。通過上位機(jī)軟件編程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的處理以及顯示和保存。 (3)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺的搭建,經(jīng)調(diào)試成功后,進(jìn)行吸塵器的檢測試驗(yàn),并形成了所需的檢測結(jié)果。 (4)進(jìn)行吸塵器檢測國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差異性比對,提出為能更好的檢測產(chǎn)品性能,并將產(chǎn)品細(xì)分,可參考美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究分析方法。
[Abstract]:As a kind of household appliances, vacuum cleaners are widely used, and the products and functions of vacuum cleaners are becoming more and more numerous. The China Academy of Home Appliances has proposed to establish a complete testing system based on the national standards of vacuum cleaners to obtain the parameters that can characterize the characteristics of vacuum cleaners and to carry out product classification and performance analysis. This paper mainly studies the design and realization method of the mechanical structure and its motion control in the detection system, which is composed of sensors, conditioning circuits, acquisition systems and so on. The contents are as follows: (1) the design of mechanical structure and motion control. Based on the test equipment scheme required by the national standard of vacuum cleaner, the design scheme of automatic testing equipment is put forward. Through the concrete mechanical structure design, carries on the step motor type selection calculation, determines the mechanical structure movement position control scheme design, through the PLC programming, (2) in order to realize the precision of each measurement parameter required in the vacuum cleaner testing national standard, the measurement precision and range of the selected sensor are determined, and the need of installation is taken into account. The type selection of the sensor is determined. According to the selection of the sensor and the requirement of the acquisition system based on PLC, the subsequent conditioning circuit of the sensor is designed, and the needed power supply circuit and its interface are designed and built. The acquisition system is established by programming the acquisition module of PLC itself. The data processing, displaying and saving are realized through the software programming of the upper computer. (3) the experimental platform is built. After debugging successfully, the test of vacuum cleaner is carried out. The required results are obtained. (4) compare the difference between the national standard and the American standard for vacuum cleaners, and put forward the method of research and analysis in order to better test the product performance and subdivide the product.
