三明電業(yè)局集控站—變電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:變電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)是培訓(xùn)實(shí)際技能操作的有效工具,本文在綜合分析了國(guó)內(nèi)變電仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)三明電業(yè)局的實(shí)際需求,以三明地區(qū)的實(shí)際變電站為仿真原型,研究設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了集控站-變電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。論文首先針對(duì)三明地區(qū)變電運(yùn)行人員的應(yīng)用需求,制定仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和仿真范圍,設(shè)計(jì)集控站-變電站仿真系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)功能、軟件和硬件配置方案。針對(duì)目前仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)中在實(shí)現(xiàn)故障后的設(shè)備巡視培訓(xùn)時(shí),必須將故障事件和設(shè)備異常事件進(jìn)行組合,從而存在著操作流程太復(fù)雜,不易掌握等問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了多種異常狀態(tài)仿真的方法,并改進(jìn)了系統(tǒng)在故障設(shè)置和故障巡視方面的功能、以及設(shè)備異常和故障的仿真流程,提高系統(tǒng)在故障設(shè)置和故障巡視方面的靈活性,方便教學(xué)應(yīng)用。設(shè)計(jì)了三明電業(yè)局集控站-變電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了各種仿真和培訓(xùn)功能。按照培訓(xùn)要求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的測(cè)試,設(shè)計(jì)并測(cè)試大量的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目和案例,從而保證系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果表明,由于這套仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)是以實(shí)際變電站為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),因此使運(yùn)行人員在進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練時(shí)猶如身臨其境,培訓(xùn)效果非常明顯,運(yùn)行人員的技能水平得到很大提高。同時(shí),由于該系統(tǒng)具有的自動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)功能,也使培訓(xùn)人員減輕負(fù)擔(dān),提高培訓(xùn)效率。
[Abstract]:Substation simulation training system is an effective tool for training practical skills. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation and characteristics of domestic substation simulation training system, according to the actual needs of Sanming Electric Power Bureau, Taking the actual substation in Sanming area as the simulation prototype, the simulation training system of centralized control station and substation is designed and implemented. Firstly, according to the application requirements of substation operators in Sanming area, the design principles and simulation scope of the simulation training system, the training function, software and hardware configuration of the centralized control station and substation simulation system are designed. In order to realize the equipment patrol training after failure in the current simulation training system, the fault events and the abnormal equipment events must be combined, so that the operation process is too complex and difficult to master, and so on. In this paper, several methods of abnormal state simulation are designed, and the functions of the system in fault setting and fault inspection are improved, as well as the simulation flow of equipment anomaly and fault, so as to improve the flexibility of the system in fault setting and fault inspection. It is convenient for teaching application. The emulation training system of the central control station-substation of Sanming Electric Power Bureau is designed, and all kinds of simulation and training functions are realized. According to the training requirements, the system is tested, and a large number of training projects and cases are designed and tested to ensure the stability of the system. The practical application results show that the simulation training system is designed on the basis of actual substation, so the training effect is very obvious. The skill level of the operator has been greatly improved. At the same time, because of the automatic evaluation function of the system, the training staff can lighten the burden and improve the training efficiency.
