【摘要】：正共軛高分子由于具有容易加工的特性,被廣泛應(yīng)用于柔性顯示、太陽(yáng)電池、集成電路等領(lǐng)域,已經(jīng)成為高分子領(lǐng)域的重要分支。因此通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單而行之有效的方法調(diào)控其形貌,從而顯著提高其性能成為近年來(lái)的研究熱點(diǎn)。中國(guó)科學(xué)院長(zhǎng)春應(yīng)用化學(xué)研究所楊小牛研究員等瞄準(zhǔn)這一重要研究方向,以共軛高分子及其復(fù)合薄膜為研究對(duì)象,緊密?chē)@共軛高分子凝聚態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)與器件性能之間的關(guān)系開(kāi)展研究,從電荷傳輸能壘、共軛高分子結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)等方面揭示了電荷輸運(yùn)增強(qiáng)和復(fù)合薄膜形態(tài)精確調(diào)控機(jī)理,為制備高導(dǎo)電率的復(fù)合薄膜
[Abstract]:Due to its easy processing properties, orthoconjugated polymers have been widely used in flexible display, solar cells, integrated circuits and other fields, which have become an important branch of polymer field. Therefore, a simple and effective way to control its morphology, thus significantly improve its performance has become a hot research topic in recent years. Yang Xiaoniu, researcher of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, aimed at this important research direction, taking conjugated polymers and their composite films as research objects. The relationship between the condensed state structure of conjugated polymer and the properties of the device is closely studied. The mechanism of the enhancement of charge transport and the precise regulation of the morphology of the composite film are revealed from the aspects of charge transfer barrier, crystallization kinetics and thermodynamics of conjugated polymer.
