15MW正壓型電機的設(shè)計與研制

【摘要】:使用于油氣管線、LNG、石化行業(yè)等大型防爆領(lǐng)域的正壓型防爆電機,使用區(qū)域廣,不受隔爆性能尺寸公差等限制,功率理論上可以做到與異步電機保持一致(目前國內(nèi)單機容量最大三相異步電機功率為30MW),同時避免了增安型、無火花型電機的電暈試驗考核要求,成為大型防爆領(lǐng)域電驅(qū)裝備的首選。本文結(jié)合15MW正壓型防爆電機的試制展開設(shè)計研究,簡要介紹了防爆電機的分類、執(zhí)行標準、防爆標志及其含義、設(shè)備保護級別EPL分級,闡述了正壓型電機的防爆原理、工作流程、結(jié)構(gòu)特點和特殊設(shè)計要點。對電機重要電磁參數(shù)的選取和調(diào)整進行了簡要介紹和分析,討論了其相互影響;并運用相關(guān)電磁計算程序進行核算,從設(shè)計輸入和設(shè)計輸出的源頭相應(yīng)用戶需求;給出了繞組計算的詳細流程和理論依據(jù),對電機的絕緣等級和絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)進行重點闡釋。然后對15MW正壓型電機結(jié)構(gòu)進行了全面介紹,詳細介紹了電機定子、轉(zhuǎn)子、冷卻系統(tǒng)、軸承、吹掃系統(tǒng)等結(jié)構(gòu)特點;核算了電機軸頭強度、銑筋厚度等對電機輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩有決定性影響的尺寸;對轉(zhuǎn)軸的撓度和臨界轉(zhuǎn)速進行詳細核算,并用ANSYS軟件進行三維建模校驗。其次結(jié)合15MW正壓型防爆電機的檢驗內(nèi)容和型式試驗報告,對試制樣機的試驗結(jié)果和設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,總結(jié)正壓型大型防爆電機試制成功的寶貴經(jīng)驗,分析了設(shè)計不周之處及存在的問題,指導后續(xù)同類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計及制造;編寫了正壓型大型電機系列樣本,列舉了YZKS全系列電機型譜,為電機的系列化制造提供參考。最后總結(jié)了電機研制成果和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及存在的不足,并對市場應(yīng)用前景進行了展望,有力推進了大型液化天然氣裝備的國產(chǎn)化。
[Abstract]:The positive pressure type explosion-proof motor used in oil and gas pipeline LNG, petrochemical industry and other large explosion-proof fields is widely used, and is not restricted by the tolerance of flameproof performance and dimension. In theory, the power can be consistent with the asynchronous motor (at present, the maximum power of the three-phase asynchronous motor is 30MW in our country), and at the same time, the requirements of corona test examination for the safety type and non-spark type motor are avoided. Become the first choice of electric drive equipment in the field of large explosion-proof. Based on the design and research of 15MW positive pressure explosion-proof motor, this paper briefly introduces the classification, execution standard, explosion-proof mark and its meaning, the equipment protection grade EPL classification, and expounds the explosion-proof principle of positive pressure type motor. Work flow, structural features and special design points. This paper briefly introduces and analyzes the selection and adjustment of the important electromagnetic parameters of the motor, discusses the interaction between them, and uses the relevant electromagnetic calculation program to calculate the corresponding user requirements from the source of the design input and the design output. The detailed flow and theoretical basis of winding calculation are given, and the insulation grade and insulation structure of motor are explained emphatically. Then, the structure of 15MW positive pressure motor is introduced in detail, such as stator, rotor, cooling system, bearing, blowing system and so on, and the strength of shaft head is calculated. The thickness of milling bars has a decisive effect on the output torque of the motor, the deflection and critical speed of the shaft are calculated in detail, and the 3D modeling is verified by ANSYS software. Secondly, combined with the test content and type test report of 15MW positive pressure type explosion-proof motor, the test results and design data of the prototype are compared and analyzed, and the valuable experience of successful trial production of the large positive pressure type explosion-proof motor is summarized. In this paper, the defects and problems in the design are analyzed to guide the design and manufacture of similar products, and a series of positive voltage motor series samples are compiled, and the YZKS full-series motor type spectrum is listed, which provides a reference for the serialization manufacture of the motor. Finally, the achievements of motor development, key technologies and shortcomings are summarized, and the prospect of market application is prospected, which can promote the localization of large liquefied natural gas (LNG) equipment.
