無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:無刷直流電機(jī)是一種新型電機(jī),主要由定子、轉(zhuǎn)子、繞組、位置傳感器組成,沒有電刷組成的機(jī)械構(gòu)造和換向器。具有高效率,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,體積小,高可靠性等特點(diǎn)。隨著永磁材料、電子技術(shù)和新型控制理論的發(fā)展,使無刷直流電機(jī)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。 本文首先介紹了能量回饋制動(dòng)技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了電機(jī)的發(fā)展。通過對(duì)無刷直流電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)以及無刷直流電機(jī)的正反轉(zhuǎn)特性的研究分析,建立了無刷直流電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,介紹無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋控制系統(tǒng)原理。 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)能量回饋制動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),根據(jù)無刷直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)特性,利用單側(cè)斬波方法和PWM的控制對(duì)無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的控制部分做出研究。該系統(tǒng)以DSP2812為控制核心,設(shè)計(jì)控制電路、主電路、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路以及檢測電路等,對(duì)無刷直流電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,,當(dāng)制動(dòng)產(chǎn)生時(shí),采用PWM技術(shù)對(duì)主電路功率管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷進(jìn)行控制,并檢測直流母線電壓,當(dāng)直流母線電壓大于蓄電池電壓時(shí),則向蓄電池充電,從而達(dá)到制動(dòng)能量回收的效果。采用Matlab建立無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,編寫能量回饋控制系統(tǒng)的模糊控制仿真程序,并驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。 為了對(duì)本文所設(shè)計(jì)的無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋制動(dòng)控制進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,本文對(duì)基于DSP的無刷直流電機(jī)的能量回饋制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)做了詳細(xì)試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了本文設(shè)計(jì)的無刷直流電機(jī)能量回饋控制系統(tǒng)的可行性,穩(wěn)定性和調(diào)試的方便性。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is a new type of motor, which consists of stator, rotor, winding, position sensor and no brushless mechanical structure and commutator. With high efficiency, simple structure, small size, high reliability and other characteristics. With the development of permanent magnet materials, electronic technology and new control theory, brushless DC motor has a wide application prospect. This paper first introduces the research status of energy feedback braking technology at home and abroad, and analyzes the development of motor. Based on the research and analysis of brushless DC motor structure and the positive and negative characteristics of brushless DC motor, the mathematical model of brushless DC motor is established, and the principle of brushless DC motor energy feedback control system is introduced. In order to realize the energy feedback braking control system, according to the driving characteristics of brushless DC motor, the control part of the energy feedback braking system of brushless DC motor is studied by using single-side chopper method and PWM control. The system takes DSP2812 as the control core, designs the control circuit, the main circuit, the drive circuit and the detection circuit, and controls the brushless DC motor. When the brake occurs, PWM technology is used to control the switch on and off of the power tube of the main circuit. The DC bus voltage is detected, and when the DC bus voltage is larger than the battery voltage, the battery is charged and the braking energy is recovered. The simulation model of brushless DC motor energy feedback control system is established by Matlab, and the fuzzy control simulation program of energy feedback control system is compiled, and the validity of the algorithm is verified. In order to verify the energy feedback braking control of brushless DC motor designed in this paper, the energy feedback braking system of brushless DC motor based on DSP is tested in detail in this paper. The feasibility, stability and debugging convenience of the brushless DC motor energy feedback control system designed in this paper are verified.
