混合光室內(nèi)照明系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本課題對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外自然光組合照明系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)非成像光學(xué)理論研究并設(shè)計(jì)出新型自然光組合照明的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),同時(shí)基于無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)LED智能控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)自然光與LED人工光源混合光室內(nèi)照明系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠在更充分利用自然光的基礎(chǔ)上,提供恒照度的照明控制。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外自然光照明系統(tǒng),以及相關(guān)的自然光聚光器設(shè)計(jì)方法。分析了自然光環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)和太陽(yáng)高度角、方位角的計(jì)算,以及非成像光學(xué)的基本原理。對(duì)混合光室內(nèi)照明系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體設(shè)計(jì)。(2)設(shè)計(jì)了完整的自然光收光系統(tǒng)。包括平面收光板的設(shè)計(jì),建立了聚光器的模型,Trace-pro軟件仿真分析其聚光效率、入射光偏角影響及聚光點(diǎn)的空間發(fā)散特性。設(shè)計(jì)了基于網(wǎng)格劃分方法的自由曲面TIR透鏡以及LED透鏡。設(shè)計(jì)了聚光器與導(dǎo)光光纖之間的連接耦合元件以及光譜分離裝置。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了LED補(bǔ)光控制的算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)工作面的恒照度控制。研究了無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)和Zigbee技術(shù),充分了解了其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和協(xié)議棧。選擇了芯片方案,設(shè)計(jì)了硬件節(jié)點(diǎn);并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)Z-stack協(xié)議棧的總體開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和組網(wǎng)。(4)根據(jù)國(guó)家《建筑照明設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》照度要求,設(shè)計(jì)了室內(nèi)照明方案,對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),利用軟件模擬了室內(nèi)照明效果。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能效果進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of non-imaging optics, this paper studies and designs a new type of optical system of natural light combination illumination. At the same time, based on wireless sensor network, LED is controlled intelligently. Realization of natural light and LED artificial light source hybrid light indoor lighting system. The system can provide constant illumination control on the basis of making full use of natural light. The main contents are as follows: (1) the natural lighting system and the design methods of the natural light concentrator are studied. The characteristics of natural light environment, the calculation of solar altitude angle and azimuth angle, and the basic principle of non-imaging optics are analyzed. The integrated design of hybrid light indoor lighting system is presented. (2) A complete natural light receiving system is designed. Including the design of the plane light collector, the model of the concentrator is established. The efficiency of the concentrator, the influence of the angle of incident light and the spatial divergence characteristic of the focal point are analyzed by Trace-pro software. A free-form surface tir lens and an LED lens are designed based on mesh division method. The coupling element between the concentrator and the optical fiber and the spectral separation device are designed. (3) the algorithm of LED complementary light control is designed to realize the constant illumination control of the working face. The wireless sensor network and Zigbee technology are studied, and its technical characteristics and protocol stack are fully understood. The chip scheme is selected, the hardware node is designed, the overall development of Z-stack protocol stack is realized, the data transmission and networking are realized. (4) according to the illumination requirement of the National Building Lighting Design Standard, the indoor lighting scheme is designed. The performance of the whole system is simulated and the indoor lighting effect is simulated by software. The energy saving effect of the system is analyzed.
