風(fēng)電混合動力在抽油機系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對不可再生資源的瀕臨枯竭和對風(fēng)能開發(fā)利用的不足,本文設(shè)計了一套風(fēng)電混合動力抽油機系統(tǒng),將風(fēng)能直接應(yīng)用于油田抽油機中,探索出一條風(fēng)能開發(fā)利用的新道路。該系統(tǒng)以風(fēng)力機為主要動力源,電動機作為輔助設(shè)備,帶動油田抽油機工作。當(dāng)風(fēng)力足夠、風(fēng)力機能夠帶動壓風(fēng)機正常工作時,電動機處于備用狀態(tài);當(dāng)風(fēng)力不足時,啟動電動機,帶動壓風(fēng)機工作,產(chǎn)生所需的壓縮氣體,而后將其存儲,供各種風(fēng)動設(shè)備使用,比如:氣缸。這樣極大地節(jié)約了能源。該系統(tǒng)以西門子公司的PLC-200作為控制核心,對系統(tǒng)的每一個重要環(huán)節(jié)的信息進(jìn)行采集、分析和處理,并發(fā)出相應(yīng)的動作指令,來控制機器設(shè)備的啟停、閥類的開關(guān)、開關(guān)的通斷及故障指示燈和蜂鳴器的工作情況等,使整個系統(tǒng)得以流暢、穩(wěn)定的運轉(zhuǎn)。系統(tǒng)選用威綸MT6070iH2觸摸屏作為顯示和輸入設(shè)備,操作員可對現(xiàn)場參數(shù)預(yù)設(shè)值及各類輸出設(shè)備的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行在線修改和調(diào)整,使系統(tǒng)的效率和靈活性大大增強。不僅如此,該系統(tǒng)還利用上位機上的WINCC軟件,對現(xiàn)場的工作過程和重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)控,以便工作人員可以對異常情況做出準(zhǔn)確、及時地判斷,確保了整個工作過程的安全性。最后,將裝有WINCC的上位機與PLC-200連接,完成通訊,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)試,通過仿真實驗對該系統(tǒng)的各項功能、可行性和穩(wěn)定性加以測試。經(jīng)測試,該系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定。而且該抽油機系統(tǒng)具有自動化程度高,安全性好,運行成本低,維護(hù)容易,無噪音,無污染等優(yōu)點,有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In view of the depletion of non-renewable resources and the shortage of wind energy exploitation and utilization, a set of wind power hybrid electric pumping unit system is designed in this paper. Wind energy is directly applied to oil field pumping units, and a new way of wind energy development and utilization is explored. The system takes the wind turbine as the main power source and the motor as the auxiliary equipment to drive the oil field pumping unit. When the wind is sufficient, the wind turbine can drive the compressor to work normally, the motor is in a standby state; when the wind is insufficient, start the motor, drive the compressor to work, produce the required compressed gas, and then store it. For a variety of pneumatic equipment, such as: cylinder. This greatly saves energy. The system takes PLC-200 of Siemens as the control core, collects, analyzes and processes the information of every important link of the system, and sends out the corresponding action instructions to control the start and stop of the machine and the switch of the valve class. Switch-on-off and fault-indicating lights and buzzers make the whole system run smoothly and stably. In the system, the WMT6070iH2 touch screen is selected as the display and input device. The operator can modify and adjust the preset values of the field parameters and the state of all kinds of output equipments on line, so that the efficiency and flexibility of the system can be greatly enhanced. Moreover, the system also uses the WinCC software on the host computer to monitor the working process and important parameters in the field in real time, so that the staff can make accurate and timely judgment on the abnormal situation. Ensure the safety of the whole working process. Finally, the host computer equipped with WinCC is connected with PLC-200 to complete the communication, and the system is debugged. The functions, feasibility and stability of the system are tested through simulation experiments. The test results show that the system runs stably. Moreover, the pumping unit system has the advantages of high automation, good safety, low operating cost, easy maintenance, no noise, no pollution and so on.
