660MW直接空冷凝汽器傳熱特性及運(yùn)行優(yōu)化

【摘要】:直接空冷凝汽器,是利用周圍空氣來冷凝排汽的,其冷卻空氣由大直徑軸流風(fēng)機(jī)提供,空冷風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行工況會對凝汽器產(chǎn)生很大的影響?绽滹L(fēng)機(jī)的不同運(yùn)行方式,會直接影響到廠用電量以及機(jī)組出力,影響機(jī)組的供電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤耗率。因此,隨著機(jī)組工況及環(huán)境參數(shù)的變化,靈活調(diào)控空冷風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行方式,使風(fēng)機(jī)在不同環(huán)境工況下都能以最優(yōu)的方式運(yùn)行,保證空冷機(jī)組的安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。 本文對發(fā)電廠空冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,通過凝汽器傳熱模型分析以及排汽壓力計算,研究了排汽熱負(fù)荷、空冷單元入口空氣溫度以及迎面風(fēng)速對凝汽器壓力的影響規(guī)律,得到了空冷凝汽器的變工況特性;同時論述了空冷風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行特性,并以某660MW直接空冷機(jī)組為例,計算分析了風(fēng)機(jī)不同運(yùn)行方式對凝汽器壓力的影響。 對某660MW超臨界直接空冷機(jī)組空冷島進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化運(yùn)行試驗。試驗中,在不同機(jī)組負(fù)荷及環(huán)境溫度下,通過改變空冷風(fēng)機(jī)頻率,得到了不同風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行方式下的排汽壓力、機(jī)組出力、空冷島耗功以及機(jī)組凈功率。通過比較分析,獲得了不同工況下的風(fēng)機(jī)最優(yōu)運(yùn)行方式和機(jī)組最佳控制背壓,可為直接空冷機(jī)組風(fēng)機(jī)群在不同環(huán)境參數(shù)、負(fù)荷下的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The direct air-cooled condenser uses the surrounding air to condensate and exhaust steam. The cooling air is provided by a large diameter axial fan. The operating conditions of the air-cooled condenser will have a great impact on the condenser. The different operation modes of the air cooler will directly affect the power consumption of the plant and the output of the unit and the standard coal consumption rate of the power supply unit. Therefore, with the change of unit working conditions and environmental parameters, the operation mode of air cooler can be adjusted flexibly, so that the fan can operate in the best way under different environmental conditions, and ensure the safety and economic operation of air cooling unit. In this paper, the air cooling system in power plant is introduced in detail. Through the analysis of the condenser heat transfer model and the calculation of exhaust steam pressure, the influence of exhaust steam heat load, air temperature at the inlet of air cooling unit and the wind speed on the condenser pressure is studied. The operating characteristics of the air-cooled condenser are obtained, and the operation characteristics of the air-cooled condenser are discussed. Taking a 660MW direct air-cooled unit as an example, the influence of different operation modes of the fan on the condenser pressure is calculated and analyzed. The optimum operation test of an air cooling island for a 660 MW supercritical direct air cooling unit was carried out. By changing the frequency of air cooler under different unit load and ambient temperature, the exhaust steam pressure, unit output, air cooling island power consumption and unit net power are obtained under different operating modes of fan. Through comparison and analysis, the optimal operation mode of fan and the optimal control back pressure of unit under different operating conditions are obtained, which can provide a reference for the economic operation and regulation of fan group of direct air-cooled unit under different environmental parameters and loads.
