光伏逆變器的并網(wǎng)研究

【摘要】:如今在能源日漸短缺、消耗嚴重的背景下,人們開始逐步關注可再生能源的利用。光能作為最環(huán)保的可再生能源,其主要利用形式是光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電,具有良好的發(fā)展前景。以單相雙級式光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器為研究對象,根據(jù)電力負荷的預測情況,對光伏逆變器分別采取并網(wǎng)和斷網(wǎng)的措施。在并網(wǎng)時主要研究并網(wǎng)控制策略,斷網(wǎng)時主要研究孤島檢測。 首先對超短期電力負荷值進行聚類分析,并在此基礎上對各個時間段的超短期負荷值的變化情況進行預測,根據(jù)變化情況判斷光伏逆變器是否需要并網(wǎng)。當公共電網(wǎng)中用電負荷比較多時,,需要增加額外的供電設備時,為了保證負荷的供電可靠性,可以將光伏逆變器和電網(wǎng)并聯(lián),一起向負荷供電。當公共電網(wǎng)中用電負荷較少時,為了節(jié)省資源,光伏逆變器可以與電網(wǎng)斷開連接,由光伏逆變器組成的電源仍然和本地負載相連,并繼續(xù)供電。 然后在并網(wǎng)過程中,針對單相雙級式光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器DC/DC變換環(huán)節(jié)與DC/AC變換環(huán)節(jié)分別展開研究,重點是控制算法的研究及改進。在DC/DC變換環(huán)節(jié)研究光伏陣列、Boost電路的特性,重點探討最大功率點跟蹤(MPPT)的原理和控制方法。DC/AC變換環(huán)節(jié)主要由逆變環(huán)節(jié)、濾波環(huán)節(jié)和控制環(huán)節(jié)組成,在保證電網(wǎng)電壓和并網(wǎng)電流同頻同相的基礎上,重點研究控制環(huán)節(jié)。針對電流滯環(huán)控制和基于單極性SPWM的電流控制兩種方法的缺點,分別在控制算法上做出改進,提高控制性能。 最后在光伏逆變器斷網(wǎng)時,針對孤島效應分析其產(chǎn)生的原理,在此基礎上研究孤島檢測方法。常規(guī)的孤島檢測法分為被動式檢測和主動式檢測,被動式孤島檢測有比較大的檢測盲區(qū),為了減小盲區(qū),引入主動式孤島檢測。重點研究兩種主動式孤島檢測方法:主動移頻法和電壓正反饋法。兩種方法都有各自的特點,在不同應用場合選用不同的方法,可以有效的避免孤島所帶來的危害。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, in the background of energy shortage and serious consumption, people begin to pay attention to the use of renewable energy. As the most environment-friendly renewable energy, light energy is mainly used in grid-connected photovoltaic power generation, which has a good development prospect. The single-phase two-stage photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is taken as the research object. According to the forecasting of power load, the grid-connected and grid-disconnected measures are adopted for the photovoltaic inverter respectively. The control strategy of grid-connected network is mainly studied while the detection of isolated islands is mainly studied when the network is broken. Based on the clustering analysis of ultra-short-term power load value, the change of ultra-short-term load value in each time period is forecasted, and the grid connection of photovoltaic inverter is judged according to the change. In order to ensure the reliability of power supply, the photovoltaic inverter and the power grid can be connected in parallel to supply the load together. In order to save resources, the PV inverter can be disconnected from the power grid when the power load in the public network is low, and the power supply composed of the photovoltaic inverter is still connected to the local load and continues to supply power. Then in the grid-connected process, the DC- / DC and DC- / AC conversion links of single-phase two-stage photovoltaic grid-connected inverter are studied, with emphasis on the research and improvement of the control algorithm. The characteristics of photovoltaic array boost circuit are studied in the DC / DC conversion link. The principle and control method of maximum power point tracking (MPPTT) are mainly discussed. The DC / AC conversion link is mainly composed of inverter link, filter link and control link. On the basis of ensuring the same frequency and phase of grid voltage and current, the control link is studied emphatically. Aiming at the shortcomings of current hysteresis control and current control based on unipolar SPWM, the control algorithm is improved to improve the control performance. Finally, the principle of islanding effect is analyzed when the photovoltaic inverter is cut off, and the detection method of islanding is studied. The conventional islanding detection method is divided into passive detection and active detection. Passive islanding detection has a relatively large blind area. In order to reduce the blind area, active islanding detection is introduced. Two active island detection methods, active frequency shift method and voltage positive feedback method, are studied. The two methods have their own characteristics. Choosing different methods in different applications can effectively avoid the harm caused by isolated islands.
