智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:國家電力建設(shè)飛速發(fā)展,為了提高管理水平,智能化建設(shè)迫在眉睫。變電站作為電網(wǎng)中的核心單元,數(shù)量巨大,是智能化建設(shè)的中堅(jiān)部分。在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,變電站內(nèi)均安裝了環(huán)境監(jiān)測、視頻監(jiān)控及報(bào)警系統(tǒng)等輔助系統(tǒng),但絕大多數(shù)設(shè)備都是分批次安裝和分步驟操作的,致使系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各個(gè)層次之間仍然相互獨(dú)立,以至于幾乎全套操作系統(tǒng)都需要組織相關(guān)工作人員進(jìn)行管理,因此要實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)操作系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)一監(jiān)督和控制、并進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)管理,將會(huì)使監(jiān)控和管理成本大幅度上升。雖然目前已有多座變電站實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)網(wǎng)或者遠(yuǎn)程管理,但存在缺乏相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、過程層設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性、可靠性有待驗(yàn)證、缺乏相關(guān)評估體系和手段等問題,影響著變電站生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行的效率,不利于電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行水平的進(jìn)一步提高。因此,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)智能變電站的建設(shè),智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái),不可或缺。同時(shí),在滿足國家電網(wǎng)規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái),更應(yīng)該具備其高度靈活性,以滿足不同區(qū)域和不同建設(shè)水平情況下,變電站智能化建設(shè)的需求。總體需求方面,智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái),應(yīng)該依托現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息,完成消防安防、環(huán)境測控、視頻監(jiān)視及各種智能設(shè)施的互聯(lián)互通,同時(shí)具備結(jié)合用戶業(yè)務(wù)管理的一系列功能,并完成對各變電站(所)的設(shè)備運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、圖像、周界安全防范、環(huán)境參量等進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地掌握各個(gè)變電站(所)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,并及時(shí)解決現(xiàn)場發(fā)生的故障,適應(yīng)電力系統(tǒng)的高速發(fā)展和智能化建設(shè)。本文首先針對目前變電站存在的不足,提出了智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)需求,為后續(xù)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,對智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了方案研究,針對系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu),對各個(gè)主要的功能模塊:安全防范子系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)、視音頻監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹;并做出智能變電站輔助系統(tǒng)綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì),從系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的單向流向和系統(tǒng)功能的分層部署兩個(gè)角度對總體方案的實(shí)施,提出可行的輔助系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)和整合方案。最后把系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到晉中地區(qū),并作出效果和效益分析,可看出工作效率、可靠性及成本都得到很大的提高。并對輔助系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national electric power construction, intelligent construction is imminent in order to improve the management level. As the core unit of power network, substation is the backbone of intelligent construction. In actual operation, auxiliary systems such as environmental monitoring, video monitoring and alarm systems are installed in substations, but most of the equipments are installed in batches and operated step by step, which makes the various levels of the system still independent of each other. So that almost all operating systems need to organize related staff to manage, so to achieve unified supervision and control of multiple operating systems and real-time management, monitoring and management costs will be greatly increased. Although many substations have been connected or managed remotely, there are still some problems, such as lack of relevant standards, stability of process layer equipment, reliability to be verified, lack of relevant evaluation system and means, etc. It affects the efficiency of substation production and operation, and is not conducive to the further improvement of power grid safe operation level. Therefore, in order to realize the construction of intelligent substation, intelligent substation auxiliary system integrated monitoring platform, indispensable. At the same time, on the basis of meeting the national power network specification, the intelligent substation auxiliary system integrated monitoring platform should have its high flexibility, in order to meet the different areas and different construction level, substation intelligent construction needs. In terms of overall demand, the intelligent substation auxiliary system integrated monitoring platform should rely on the existing network information to complete the interconnection of fire protection, environmental monitoring, video surveillance and various intelligent facilities. At the same time, it has a series of functions combined with user service management, and can monitor and control the equipment operation data, images, perimeter security, environmental parameters and so on of each substation in real time. Accurately grasp the operation status of each substation equipment, and timely solve the field fault, adapt to the rapid development of power system and intelligent construction. Aiming at the deficiency of substation at present, this paper puts forward the system requirement of intelligent substation auxiliary system integrated monitoring platform, which lays a foundation for the design of follow-up function module. Secondly, the scheme of intelligent substation auxiliary system is studied. According to the system structure, the main function modules are introduced in detail: security subsystem, environment monitoring subsystem, video and audio monitoring subsystem; The overall scheme design of the intelligent substation auxiliary system integrated monitoring platform is made, and the feasible auxiliary system linkage and integration scheme is put forward from the view of the one-way flow direction of the system data and the hierarchical deployment of the system function. Finally, the system is applied to Jinzhong area, and the effect and benefit are analyzed. It can be seen that the work efficiency, reliability and cost have been greatly improved. The development trend of the auxiliary system in the future is prospected.
