【摘要】:智能配電網(wǎng)正朝著網(wǎng)格化、多電源的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)、饋線自動化(FA)已經(jīng)越來越難以滿足智能配電網(wǎng)自愈的要求。電流差動保護(hù)由于其優(yōu)越的速動性、靈敏性和選擇性而廣泛地應(yīng)用于輸電線路,現(xiàn)有的方法是采用專用光纖通道或者基于同步數(shù)字系列/準(zhǔn)同步數(shù)字系列(SDH/PDH)技術(shù)的復(fù)用通道來實(shí)現(xiàn),但架設(shè)這些通信設(shè)備費(fèi)用高且通信速率慢。文中提出并研制了一種適用于智能配電網(wǎng)的差動保護(hù)的裝置,該裝置基于以太無源光網(wǎng)絡(luò)(EPON)來實(shí)現(xiàn)差動保護(hù)裝置之間采樣數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸,配以抗延時抖動及IEEE 1588同步算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)多端線路差動保護(hù)。測試表明,保護(hù)能夠準(zhǔn)確動作,滿足精度和動作時間的要求。該裝置已在某10 kV線路掛網(wǎng)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The smart distribution network is moving towards gridding, the topology structure of multi-source is developing, the traditional distribution network protection and feeder automation (FAA) have become more and more difficult to meet the demand of smart distribution network self-healing. Current differential protection is widely used in transmission lines due to its superior rapidity, sensitivity and selectivity. The existing methods are realized by using special optical fiber channel or multiplexing channel based on synchronous digital series / quasi synchronous digital series SDH / PDH technology, but these communication equipments are expensive and slow to set up. In this paper, a differential protection device for smart distribution network is proposed and developed. The device is based on Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) to realize the transmission of sampled data between the differential protection devices, coupled with anti-delay jitter and IEEE 1588 synchronization algorithm. Multi-terminal line differential protection is realized. The test shows that the protection can move accurately and meet the requirements of precision and action time. The device has been used in a 10 kV transmission line.
