無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)及其穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:無刷直流電機(BLDCM)具有運行效率高、無勵磁損耗以及調(diào)速性能好等優(yōu)點,而且結構簡單、運行可靠以及維修方便,因而在諸多領域中得到廣泛應用。隨著電力電子技術、微處理技術和新型控制理論的發(fā)展,以及永磁材料的發(fā)展和無刷直流電機的使用成本逐步降低,它在中小功率高性能調(diào)速電機以及軍用民用伺服系統(tǒng)中的應用越來越廣泛。同時對無刷直流電機的驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)的性能指標和穩(wěn)定性提出了更高的要求,解決無刷直流電機的驅(qū)動與控制性能不理想問題,包括無刷直流電機的功率模塊以及驅(qū)動技術、全速域運行穩(wěn)定性方法與實現(xiàn),特別是有關干擾濾波問題,需要進一步的深入研究。 本文首先對無刷直流電機的驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)進行了研究。在分析了無刷直流電機的結構和運行原理之后,提出了PWM調(diào)壓調(diào)速的控制策略。然后分別對硬件系統(tǒng)的設計和軟件系統(tǒng)的設計進行了介紹。其中硬件包括以DSP芯片為核心的控制電路,以整流、逆變?yōu)橹饕δ艿尿?qū)動電路和檢測保護電路三大部分。軟件部分以定子換相和轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)為主要功能,包括位置傳感器信號的處理、轉(zhuǎn)速的計算以及速度環(huán)與電流環(huán)的PI調(diào)節(jié)。另外還有電機啟動等模塊的介紹。 在完成無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的設計之后,本文還提出了無刷直流電機驅(qū)動穩(wěn)定性方面存在的問題,包括最低運行轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的問題。隨后提出了實現(xiàn)無刷直流電機最低轉(zhuǎn)速的方法和轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的抑制策略。并對伺服系統(tǒng)中存在的干擾信號進行了分析,,提出了基于Freescale56800系列芯片的數(shù)字濾波器的解決方案。 最后,針對之前設計的無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)進行了實驗測試。結果表明本驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)能驅(qū)動無刷直流電機正常運轉(zhuǎn)。同時對數(shù)字濾波器的濾波效果進行了驗證,表明數(shù)字濾波器能夠有效抑制干擾信號。全文以無刷直流電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)為平臺基礎,對無刷直流電機的穩(wěn)定性進行了探索,對于無刷直流電機的研究具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has the advantages of high efficiency, no excitation loss and good speed regulation performance. It has a simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, so it has been widely used in many fields. With the development of electric and electronic technology, micro processing technology and new control theory, the development of permanent magnetic materials and brushless DC The cost of the motor is gradually reduced. It is more and more widely used in the medium and small power high performance motor and the military civil servos. At the same time, the performance index and stability of the brushless DC motor drive system, the control system's performance index and stability are higher, and the performance of the brushless DC motor driving and controlling is not ideal. The questions, including the power module and the driving technology of the brushless DC motor, the method and Realization of the stability of the full speed field, especially the problem of interference filtering, need further research.
In this paper, the driving system of Brushless DC motor is studied at first. After analyzing the structure and operation principle of the brushless DC motor, the control strategy of PWM voltage regulation speed regulation is put forward. Then the design of hardware system and the design of software system are introduced respectively. The hardware includes the control circuit with DSP chip as the core. The main functions of the drive circuit and the detection and protection circuit are the main functions of the rectifier and the inverter. The main functions are the stator commutation and the speed regulation, including the processing of the signal of the position sensor, the calculation of the speed and the PI adjustment of the speed loop and the current ring. In addition, the introduction of the motor starting and other modules is also introduced.
After the design of the brushless DC motor drive system, the problems in the stability of the brushless DC motor drive, including the minimum operating speed and the torque ripple, are also proposed. Then the method to realize the minimum speed of the brushless DC motor and the suppression strategy of the torque pulse are put forward. The interference signal is analyzed, and the solution of digital filter based on Freescale56800 series chip is proposed.
Finally, the experimental test was carried out on the brushless DC motor drive system designed before. The results show that the drive system can drive the normal operation of the brushless DC motor. At the same time, the filtering effect of the digital filter is verified, which shows that the digital filter can effectively suppress the interference signal. The full text of the brushless DC motor drive system is flat. Based on the platform, the stability of Brushless DC motor is explored, which is of great significance for the research of Brushless DC motor.
