基于DSP技術(shù)的永磁同步電機控制策略研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,特別是電力電子技術(shù)、計算機控制技術(shù)和微電子技術(shù)取得巨大進步,永磁同步電動機已逐步成為交流伺服系統(tǒng)的主流。永磁同步電機因其質(zhì)量輕、高性能和尺寸小等優(yōu)點,在日常生活、數(shù)控技術(shù)、航空航天等各個領(lǐng)域中有廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此永磁同步電機控制策略的研究具有極其重要的實際意義。 本文首先介紹永磁同步電機在交流伺服系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況,永磁同步電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型及矢量控制原理;接下來介紹電壓空間矢量脈寬調(diào)制控制的原理。 其次對基于SVPWM的PMSM交流伺服系統(tǒng)在MATLAB/Simulink的環(huán)境下進行建模和仿真。通過仿真,驗證SVPWM控制理論實現(xiàn)方法的正確性,為硬件設(shè)計打下基礎(chǔ)。 最后在理論研究、仿真分析基礎(chǔ)上,完成系統(tǒng)軟件和硬件的設(shè)計。硬件方面:以TMS320F2812型的DSP為核心,設(shè)計出永磁電機數(shù)字交流伺服控制系統(tǒng),包括主電路、驅(qū)動電路等電路的設(shè)計。軟件方面:采用C語言和匯編語言編程的方法,利用CCS2000集成開發(fā)環(huán)境和仿真器進行程序調(diào)試,,完成軟件設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, especially the power electronics technology, computer control technology and microelectronics technology has made great progress, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has gradually become the mainstream of AC servo system. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in daily life, numerical control technology, aerospace and other fields because of its advantages of light weight, high performance and small size. Therefore, the study of PMSM control strategy is of great practical significance. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of PMSM in AC servo system, the mathematical model of PMSM and the principle of vector control. Then the principle of voltage space vector pulse width modulation control is introduced. Secondly, the modeling and simulation of PMSM AC servo system based on SVPWM in MATLAB / Simulink environment is carried out. Through simulation, the correctness of SVPWM control theory is verified, which lays the foundation for hardware design. Finally, on the basis of theoretical research and simulation analysis, the design of system software and hardware is completed. Hardware: with TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, the digital AC servo control system of permanent magnet motor is designed, including the main circuit, driving circuit and other circuits. Software: using C language and assembly language programming method, using CCS2000 integrated development environment and simulator to debug the program, complete the software design.
