【摘要】:本文針對(duì)永磁直流電機(jī)的工作原理和設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了分析和研究,,設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)2極8槽永磁直流電動(dòng)機(jī)。并應(yīng)用Visual Basic語言,編制了一套電機(jī)的電磁場有限元分析程序。采用該有限元分析程序,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的永磁直流電機(jī)的性能進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與分析,如果性能不合要求,調(diào)整電機(jī)的某些尺寸后,反復(fù)計(jì)算,直到電機(jī)的性能和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)性達(dá)到相對(duì)最優(yōu),從而確定為最終的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 首先,根據(jù)永磁直流電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)原理和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用等效磁路法,初步確定了電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。 然后,建立永磁直流電機(jī)的有限元數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用Visual Basic語言,編制了電磁場的二維有限元計(jì)算程序,并通過微型計(jì)算機(jī)調(diào)試通過。采用該有限元計(jì)算程序,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的初始方案進(jìn)行了性能核算,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,對(duì)個(gè)別尺寸進(jìn)行了調(diào)整。通過反復(fù)調(diào)整和核算后,確定了最終的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 最后,針對(duì)最終設(shè)計(jì)方案,應(yīng)用有限元計(jì)算程序,算出了電機(jī)的運(yùn)行特性,繪制出電機(jī)分別在空載和負(fù)載時(shí)的磁場分布圖和氣隙磁密曲線,負(fù)載時(shí)的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩曲線和工作特性曲線等。經(jīng)對(duì)比部分計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)果基本吻合。 此外,本文還介紹了所開發(fā)軟件的特點(diǎn)、功能和使用方法。詳細(xì)介紹了軟件的設(shè)計(jì)步驟、設(shè)計(jì)流程和運(yùn)行界面。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the working principle and design method of permanent magnet DC motor are analyzed and studied, and a 2-pole 8-slot permanent magnet DC motor is designed. Using Visual basic language, a finite element analysis program of electromagnetic field of motor is developed. The finite element analysis program is used to calculate and analyze the performance of the designed permanent magnet DC motor. If the performance is not up to requirements, some dimensions of the motor are adjusted and calculated repeatedly. First, according to the design principle and experience of permanent magnet DC motor, the equivalent magnetic circuit method is adopted. Then, the finite element mathematical model of permanent magnet DC motor is established, and the two-dimensional finite element calculation program of electromagnetic field is compiled by Visual basic language, and the program is debugged by microcomputer. Using the finite element calculation program, the performance of the initial scheme is calculated, and the individual dimensions are adjusted according to the design requirements. After repeated adjustment and calculation, the final design scheme is determined. Finally, the running characteristics of the motor are calculated by using finite element calculation program for the final design scheme. The magnetic field distribution diagram and air-gap magnetic density curve, the electromagnetic torque curve and the working characteristic curve of the motor under no load and load, respectively, are plotted. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data. In addition, this paper introduces the features, functions and usage of the software. The design steps, design flow and running interface of the software are introduced in detail.
