適應(yīng)未來(lái)發(fā)展的直流配電電壓等級(jí)序列研究

【摘要】:隨著電網(wǎng)電力電子設(shè)備和間歇式電源增多,直流配電成為了引人關(guān)注的新課題。直流配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用,將會(huì)引發(fā)包括直流電力器具、直流電纜等設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)制造,直流配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特性、建設(shè)和運(yùn)行維護(hù)以及直流配電可靠性、安全性評(píng)價(jià)等一系列需要研究、解決的問(wèn)題。其中,電壓等級(jí)是直流配電系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的最重要環(huán)節(jié)。因?yàn)?電網(wǎng)建設(shè)之后很難再改變電壓等級(jí),尤其是形成了一定的規(guī)模再升壓將帶來(lái)巨大的損失及影響。因此,研究如何科學(xué)選取和評(píng)價(jià)直流配電電壓等級(jí)是構(gòu)建未來(lái)直流配電,以及直流配電能否健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重中之重的研究課題,也將對(duì)未來(lái)直流電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展決策產(chǎn)生重要的影響。 由于直流配電首先在城市軌道交通和艦船供電系統(tǒng)中得到應(yīng)用。因此,本文第2章和第3章分析了城市軌道交通和艦船供電系統(tǒng)直流電壓等級(jí)序列及其配電方案,包括從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性和適應(yīng)性三個(gè)方面分別闡述了城市軌道交通直流電壓等級(jí)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。第4章研究、確定了公共中低壓直流配電的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí),分析了中低壓直流配電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)的適應(yīng)性;研究給出了換流站和直流線路可靠性的評(píng)價(jià)方法,以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)方法。第5章針對(duì)研究、確定的直流配電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí),研究了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)與直流配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,分析、給出了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)的典型直流配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),針對(duì)直流配電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用前景和工程建設(shè),對(duì)直流配電系統(tǒng)的各種電氣設(shè)備以及運(yùn)行、維護(hù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行的研究和討論,完善了直流配電構(gòu)建體系。 通過(guò)本文研究得到的主要結(jié)論包括:城市軌道交通直流電壓等級(jí)的選擇評(píng)價(jià)方法可供確定公共中低壓直流配電電壓等級(jí)借鑒,艦船電力系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境與陸地存在較大的差異,其評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)公共直流配電不適用;考慮兼容現(xiàn)有電纜,又能滿足社會(huì)對(duì)電力負(fù)荷需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),節(jié)能降耗,提高供電能力,本文建議公共直流配電中壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)為12kV或24kV,考慮兼顧國(guó)內(nèi)外各行業(yè)直流配電電壓等因素,建議低壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)為380V;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)可靠性及經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),可參照城市軌道交通直流電壓等級(jí)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓等級(jí)適應(yīng)性指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià),可采用本文提出的方法評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the increase of power electronic equipment and intermittent power supply, DC distribution has become a new issue. The construction and application of DC distribution network will lead to the production and manufacture of DC power apparatus, DC cable and other equipment, the structure and characteristics of DC distribution network, the construction and operation maintenance, and the reliability of DC distribution. Safety evaluation and a series of problems need to be studied and solved. Among them, the voltage level is the most important link in the construction of DC distribution system. Because it is very difficult to change the voltage grade after the construction of power grid, especially the formation of a certain scale of re-voltage will bring huge losses and impacts. Therefore, how to scientifically select and evaluate the DC distribution voltage grade is the most important research topic to construct the future DC distribution, and whether the DC distribution can develop healthily and stably. It will also have an important influence on the development decision of future DC network, because DC distribution is first applied in urban rail transit and ship power supply system. Therefore, in the second and third chapters of this paper, the DC voltage grade sequence of urban rail transit and ship power supply system and its distribution scheme are analyzed, including from the economy, The evaluation methods of DC voltage grade of urban rail transit are discussed in three aspects: reliability and adaptability. In chapter 4, the standard voltage grade of common medium and low voltage DC distribution is determined, the adaptability of medium and low voltage DC distribution standard voltage grade is analyzed, and the evaluation method of converter station and DC line reliability is given. And the evaluation content, evaluation index and evaluation method of standard voltage grade economy. In chapter 5, the relationship between the standard voltage level and the DC distribution network structure is studied, and the typical DC distribution network structure of the standard voltage level is given. In view of the application prospect and engineering construction of DC distribution network, the research and discussion on various electrical equipment, operation and maintenance of DC distribution system are carried out. The main conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows: the selection and evaluation method of DC voltage grade of urban rail transit can be used for reference in determining the public middle and low voltage DC distribution voltage grade. The environment of ship power system is different from that of land, and its evaluation method is not suitable for public direct current distribution. Considering the compatibility of existing cables, it can meet the increasing demand for power load, save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the power supply capacity. This paper suggests that the standard voltage grade of public DC distribution should be 12kV or 24kV, and that the standard voltage grade of low voltage should be 380V, that the standard voltage grade should be 380V, that the reliability and economic index of standard voltage grade should be evaluated, and that consideration should be given to the factors such as DC distribution voltage at home and abroad. It can refer to the evaluation method of DC voltage grade index of urban rail transit and the evaluation of adaptability index of standard voltage grade, which can be evaluated by the method proposed in this paper.
