【摘要】：廣州蓄能水電廠B廠4臺(tái)機(jī)組自投產(chǎn)以來(lái),多次出現(xiàn)導(dǎo)葉軸套漏水、損壞等問(wèn)題,尤其8號(hào)機(jī)組頻繁出現(xiàn)G工況啟動(dòng)時(shí)導(dǎo)葉拒動(dòng)故障。通過(guò)綜合比較分析,決定后續(xù)機(jī)組大修選用500SP1-SL464銅基鑲嵌自潤(rùn)滑軸套替換500SP1-SL401軸套。8號(hào)機(jī)組于2012年2月完成大修,從實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況來(lái)看,目前導(dǎo)葉軸套未發(fā)現(xiàn)漏水,導(dǎo)葉靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)中導(dǎo)葉開(kāi)關(guān)順暢,機(jī)組小修時(shí)檢查上下抗磨板無(wú)摩擦痕跡,導(dǎo)葉端面間隙正常無(wú)變化。
[Abstract]:Since the 4 units of Guangzhou Storage Power Plant B have been put into operation, many problems such as water leakage and damage of guide vane sleeve have occurred, especially the failure of guide vane in G working condition is frequently occurred in No. 8 unit. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis, it is decided that 500SP1-SL464 copper base self-lubricating sleeve should be used to replace 500SP1-SL401 bush in the follow-up unit overhaul. Unit 8 completed the overhaul in February 2012. According to the actual operation, no water leakage has been found in the guide vane sleeve at present. In the static test of guide vane, the guide vane switch is smooth, and the upper and lower antiwear plates are checked when the unit is in minor repair without any friction trace, and the gap between the end surfaces of the guide vane is normal.
