【摘要】：風能是一種可再生能源,具有環(huán)保節(jié)能優(yōu)點。面對生態(tài)環(huán)境日益嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),風電等清潔能源已成為解決人類能源需求的發(fā)展方向。發(fā)展風電有著不可低估的社會意義和環(huán)境意義。然而,風電在發(fā)展過程中也不可避免的出現(xiàn)了一些問題和困難,就內(nèi)蒙地區(qū)而言,突出的問題就是大規(guī)模的風電并網(wǎng),如何融入電網(wǎng),探索和解決風電消納問題,使風電可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外風電發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,列舉了一些國內(nèi)的風電發(fā)展經(jīng)驗。隨后文章闡述了內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)風電發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并給出了具體數(shù)據(jù),簡要說明了內(nèi)蒙古風電的運行情況,并結合實際情況闡述了內(nèi)蒙古風電發(fā)展存在的問題。針對內(nèi)蒙古風電發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、運行情況和存在的問題,文章分析了影響內(nèi)蒙古風電持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,包括經(jīng)濟因素、社會因素、環(huán)境因素、技術因素；并對內(nèi)蒙古風電發(fā)展的政策進行了分析�；谏鲜鰧�(nèi)蒙古風電發(fā)展情況及影響因素的分析,文章利用層次分析法對內(nèi)蒙古風電的持續(xù)發(fā)展進行了評價,首先構建了指標評價體系,并對具體指標進行解釋和分析,然后構造判斷矩陣,并計算結果；結論是影響內(nèi)蒙古風電持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要因素是經(jīng)濟因素和技術因素。綜合以上評價分析,文章最后指出內(nèi)蒙古風電持續(xù)發(fā)展策略制定應注重政策的扶持和技術的投入,并給出了一些具體建議,其中重點提出了根據(jù)現(xiàn)有條件利用風電供熱技術解決內(nèi)蒙古冬季風電消納的建議。
[Abstract]:Wind energy is a kind of renewable energy, which has the advantage of environmental protection and energy saving. In the face of the increasingly severe challenge of ecological environment, clean energy such as wind power has become the development direction to solve the energy demand of human beings. The development of wind power has social and environmental significance that can not be underestimated. However, some problems and difficulties inevitably arise in the development of wind power. As far as the Inner Mongolia area is concerned, the prominent problem is how to integrate wind power into the power grid and explore and solve the problem of wind power absorption. Make wind power sustainable development. This paper first introduces the current situation of wind power development at home and abroad, and enumerates some domestic wind power development experiences. Then the paper describes the current situation of wind power development in Inner Mongolia and gives the specific data, briefly explains the operating situation of wind power in Inner Mongolia, and expounds the existing problems in the development of wind power in Inner Mongolia combined with the actual situation. In view of the current situation, operation and existing problems of wind power in Inner Mongolia, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the sustainable development of wind power in Inner Mongolia, including economic factors, social factors, environmental factors and technical factors. The policy of wind power development in Inner Mongolia is analyzed. Based on the above analysis of the development of wind power in Inner Mongolia and its influencing factors, the paper evaluates the sustainable development of wind power in Inner Mongolia by AHP. Firstly, the index evaluation system is constructed, and the specific indicators are explained and analyzed. Then the judgment matrix is constructed and the results are calculated. The conclusion is that the main factors affecting the sustainable development of wind power in Inner Mongolia are economic and technical factors. Synthesizing the above evaluation and analysis, the paper points out that the sustainable development strategy of Inner Mongolia wind power should pay attention to policy support and technical input, and gives some concrete suggestions. The suggestion of using wind power heating technology to solve wind power consumption in Inner Mongolia in winter is put forward.
