基于OPEN3000系統(tǒng)的南平電網(wǎng)調(diào)度智能開票系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:變電站值班工作人員與電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)度工作人員平時最主要的工作之一為編寫操作票,這個也是電力系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)安全生產(chǎn)的重要保障與實現(xiàn)辦法。伴隨著電力系統(tǒng)的不斷發(fā)展,其運行方式也更為復(fù)雜多樣,每個設(shè)備的倒閘操作也更為頻繁,這對于供電的安全性與可靠性提出了更高的要求,在這樣的狀況之下,更需要運維與調(diào)度人員能迅速的編寫出安全的、正確的操作票。所以,其可用性、通用性與智能性可以降低運維與調(diào)度人員的壓力,增強其自動化水平,確保系統(tǒng)的安全,這有著巨大的意義。與OPEN3000支撐平臺實現(xiàn)一體化設(shè)計的智能操作票系統(tǒng)能盡可能的運用其給予的各類服務(wù)與功能,共享實時的SCADA模型和圖形,模擬態(tài)與實時態(tài)信息實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定隔離,確保了過程的可靠、實時與安全;使用平臺的圖票一體化技術(shù),能完成票中執(zhí)行、圖中開票,增強了操作票在使用周期里的直觀性和可視性。這篇論文主要是OPEN3000系統(tǒng)在電網(wǎng)調(diào)度智能開票系統(tǒng)中的研究與應(yīng)用,在總結(jié)當(dāng)前智能開票系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)出了基于系統(tǒng)拓?fù)涞奈宸佬:、潮流越限校核、操作順序校核等功能的智能操作票系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)操作票系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的防誤規(guī)則來追蹤用戶的操作,在執(zhí)行、模擬、校驗、擬票等過程里實施全面的閉鎖操作,避免錯誤操作,增強電網(wǎng)的安全運行。本系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)在已開始在南平地調(diào)投入使用,運行情況表明系統(tǒng)具備很好的安全性、實時性、可靠性。很大程度上提高了調(diào)度員的開票效率。
[Abstract]:One of the most important tasks of substation duty workers and power system dispatching staff is to compile operation tickets, which is also an important guarantee and realization method for power system to realize production safety. With the continuous development of power system, its operation mode is more complex and diverse, and the switching operation of each equipment is more frequent, which puts forward higher requirements for the security and reliability of power supply. More needs to be operational and scheduling personnel can quickly write out a safe, correct operation ticket. Therefore, its usability, versatility and intelligence can reduce the pressure of the operator and dispatcher, enhance its automation level, and ensure the security of the system, which is of great significance. The intelligent operation ticket system, which is integrated with OPEN3000 support platform, can use all kinds of services and functions it gives, share real-time SCADA model and graph, realize stable isolation between simulated state and real temporal information, and ensure the reliability of the process. Real time and security; using the platform's graph ticket integration technology, can complete the execution of the ticket, drawing the ticket, enhance the operation ticket in the life cycle of the intuitive and visibility. This thesis is mainly about the research and application of OPEN3000 system in the intelligent billing system of power network dispatching. On the basis of summarizing the current research status of intelligent billing system, the paper develops the five defense checking based on the system topology, the power flow checking over the limit. Operation sequence check and other functions of intelligent operation ticket system. According to the anti-error rules in the operation ticket system to track the operation of the user, in the execution, simulation, verification, ticket preparation and other processes to implement a comprehensive locking operation, avoid error operations, enhance the safe operation of the power grid. The system has been put into use in Nanping, and the operation shows that the system has good security, real time and reliability. To a large extent, the dispatcher's billing efficiency has been improved.
