12~24kV氮?dú)饨^緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜的研制

【摘要】:在氣體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜中使用環(huán)保的氮?dú)饣蚋稍锟諝馊〈鶶F6氣體,又要保持緊湊和小巧的特點(diǎn),必須要對(duì)環(huán)網(wǎng)柜絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。為此,就氮?dú)獾慕^緣特性和氮?dú)饨^緣中壓環(huán)網(wǎng)開關(guān)柜的典型絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)(如間隙絕緣、復(fù)合絕緣、支撐絕緣子和穿墻套管沿面絕緣)的最大電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了分析研究。進(jìn)而探索了降低氮?dú)饨^緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜內(nèi)電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度的有效方法和途徑:通過改善導(dǎo)體形狀可降低氣隙間電場(chǎng)不均勻系數(shù)至2~3;采用復(fù)合絕緣可降低氮?dú)饨橘|(zhì)最大電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度約20%;采用雙斷口結(jié)構(gòu)和復(fù)合屏蔽絕緣,可實(shí)現(xiàn)工頻耐受75 k V/1 min、雷電沖擊耐受±145 k V的隔離斷口絕緣水平;優(yōu)化電極形狀和絕緣體外形設(shè)計(jì),可降低沿面絕緣破壞起始處電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)在工頻耐受65 k V/1 min、雷電沖擊耐受±125 k V的絕緣水平;通過電場(chǎng)屏蔽件的設(shè)計(jì)可降低局部電場(chǎng)集中,提高柜體整體絕緣水平。研制成功了符合IEC 62271-1和GB 11022標(biāo)準(zhǔn)絕緣水平要求的12~24 k V氮?dú)饨^緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜(柜寬400 mm)并通過了型式試驗(yàn),證明了環(huán)網(wǎng)柜采用氮?dú)饨^緣的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to keep the characteristics of compact and compact, it is necessary to optimize the insulation structure of the annular cabinets by using the environmental nitrogen or dry air to replace the SF6 gas in the gas insulated ring cabinets. For this reason, the insulation characteristics of nitrogen gas and the maximum electric field strength of typical insulation structures (such as gap insulation, composite insulation, support insulator and wall casing insulation) of nitrogen insulation medium voltage ring switchgear are analyzed and studied. The effective methods and ways to reduce the electric field intensity in the nitrogen insulated ring net cabinet are explored: by improving the shape of the conductor, the non-uniformity coefficient of electric field between the air gap can be reduced to 2 ~ 3, and the maximum electric field intensity of the nitrogen dielectric can be reduced by using composite insulation. About 20; double fracture structure and composite shielding insulation, It can realize 75 kV / 1 min of power frequency tolerance and lightning shock tolerance 鹵145 kV, optimize electrode shape and insulator shape design, reduce the electric field intensity at the beginning of the insulation failure along the plane, At 65 kV / 1 min of power frequency tolerance, the lightning shock resistance to 鹵125 kV can be achieved, the local electric field concentration can be reduced by the design of electric field shield, and the overall insulation level of the cabinet can be improved. A 124kV nitrogen insulated ring net cabinet (400mm wide), which meets the requirements of IEC 62271-1 and GB 11022, has been successfully developed and has passed the type test, which proves the feasibility of using nitrogen insulation in ring network cabinets.
