變電站設備狀態(tài)檢修技術的研究

【摘要】:變電站是輸配電系統(tǒng)中十分重要的環(huán)節(jié),它是信息的發(fā)送者,也是控制指令的接收終端。變電站設備的運行狀態(tài)直接影響到整個電網(wǎng)的安全與穩(wěn)定。一旦變電站設備出現(xiàn)較大故障,將會對區(qū)域電網(wǎng)造成嚴重影響。因此,必須保障變電站設備的安全運行,確保電網(wǎng)的安全與穩(wěn)定 針對于上述問題,對變電站設備的檢修就變得尤為重要。目前國內采取的都是計劃檢修的方式。但是計劃檢修存在一定的問題,浪費財力物力的同時不能達到最佳的檢修效果。狀態(tài)檢修是近年來發(fā)展起來的新的檢修技術,它能夠一定程度的克服計劃檢修的弊端,為電力系統(tǒng)帶來更大的效益,也是未來智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展對變電站提出的基本要求 本文介紹了智能變電站的概念及其體系結構,闡述了智能變電站進行狀態(tài)檢修方式的必然性,通過數(shù)據(jù)比較分析了狀態(tài)檢修的優(yōu)越性;研究了智能變電站狀態(tài)檢修的現(xiàn)狀,給出了狀態(tài)檢修的主要技術路線和關鍵技術;對狀態(tài)檢修最關鍵的在線監(jiān)測技術進行了詳細探討。分析了變壓器絕緣劣化的主要因素,研究了變壓器油中各種氣體的產(chǎn)生機理,設計了一種基于光聲光譜法的在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了變壓器的狀態(tài)檢修;分析了電力電纜絕緣劣化的主要因素,研究了光纖溫度傳感器的工作原理,設計了分布式光纖溫度傳感器在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了電力線纜的狀態(tài)檢修。構建了變電站的光纖通信系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了變電站在線監(jiān)測信息的光纖通信,提高了變電站監(jiān)測信息的傳輸速度。
[Abstract]:Substation is a very important link in transmission and distribution system. It is the sender of information and the receiving terminal of control instruction. The operation state of substation directly affects the security and stability of the whole power grid. Once the substation equipment has a large failure, it will have a serious impact on the regional power grid. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the safe operation of substation equipment and ensure the safety and stability of power grid. In view of the above problems, the maintenance of substation equipment becomes particularly important. At present, all the methods adopted in China are planned maintenance. However, there are some problems in planned maintenance, which waste financial and material resources and can not achieve the best repair effect at the same time. Condition-based maintenance (CBM) is a new maintenance technology developed in recent years. It can overcome the disadvantages of planned maintenance to a certain extent and bring greater benefits to the power system. It is also the basic requirement of the development of smart grid for substation in the future. This paper introduces the concept and architecture of intelligent substation, expounds the inevitability of condition based maintenance in intelligent substation, analyzes the superiority of condition based maintenance through data comparison, studies the present situation of condition based maintenance in intelligent substation. The main technical route and key technology of condition-based maintenance are given, and the most critical on-line monitoring technology of condition-based maintenance is discussed in detail. This paper analyzes the main factors of transformer insulation deterioration, studies the generation mechanism of various gases in transformer oil, designs an on-line monitoring system based on photoacoustic spectroscopy, and realizes the condition maintenance of transformer. This paper analyzes the main factors of insulation deterioration of power cable, studies the working principle of optical fiber temperature sensor, designs a distributed optical fiber temperature sensor on-line monitoring system, and realizes the condition maintenance of power cable. The optical fiber communication system of substation is constructed, and the optical fiber communication of substation on-line monitoring information is realized, and the transmission speed of substation monitoring information is improved.
