時域積分方程混合與快速算法及其在分析復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)中瞬態(tài)電磁效應(yīng)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,電子信息系統(tǒng)在功能曰漸強大的同時,也面臨著電磁環(huán)境曰益復(fù)雜和惡劣的問題。隨著電磁脈沖武器研制的發(fā)展,電磁兼容和電磁干擾問題成為高度研究的問題。高功率電磁脈沖可以通過天線、線纜等注入電子器件與線路,使受輻照的電子設(shè)備功能失效甚至損毀。特別是,對于艦船平臺,在有限的空間需放置大量不同波段收發(fā)設(shè)備,如何深入研究外來高功率電磁脈沖對典型器件、系統(tǒng)的耦合機理和損毀效應(yīng)顯得非常迫切和重要。在研究艦船平臺EMC問題時,由于真實試驗條件有限,花費代價也巨大,受到諸多限制。因此,使用計算電磁學(xué)方法進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真,對問題和設(shè)計進(jìn)行評估、量化和改進(jìn),可發(fā)揮重要作用。正是本著這樣的目標(biāo),論文有針對性地研究了時域積分方程混合與快速算法,開發(fā)了用于分析電磁脈沖照射下瞬態(tài)電磁問題的并行平臺,主要研究工作和創(chuàng)新點可歸納為: 1)基于時域積分方程的特性,較為系統(tǒng)地研究了時間步進(jìn)算法。分析了常用時間基函數(shù)波形及其特性,研究了顯式和隱式算法;針對時間步進(jìn)算法后時不穩(wěn)定性問題,利用新型拉蓋爾多項式時間基函數(shù),提出了后時穩(wěn)定的自適應(yīng)階數(shù)步進(jìn)(MOD)求解方法; 2)系統(tǒng)研究了復(fù)雜金屬-介質(zhì)組合體目標(biāo)的電磁特性,建立TD-EFIE-PMCHW方程,研究介質(zhì)涂覆、金屬貼片等不同情形,提出一種處理金屬-介質(zhì)-自由空間三者的交界邊(junction)的精確方法,并且研究了卷積計算加速技術(shù),使算法更為有效; 3)研究了時域積分方程與高頻方法的混合,提出了TDIE-TDPO混合方法,有效分析了平臺上多天線耦合特性; 4)系統(tǒng)研究了自適應(yīng)積分方法,提出了TD-AIM-MOD快速算法,包括輔助基函數(shù)投影矩陣的快速求解、FFT加速Toeplitz矩陣-向量乘積,稀疏矩陣存儲技術(shù),以及奇異值分解壓縮技術(shù); 5)研究和開發(fā)了快速算法TD-AIM-MOD的并行程序,解決了4-D時-空FFT并行求解技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了典型先進(jìn)艦船桅桿結(jié)構(gòu)及其電磁建模技術(shù),運用并行TD-AIM-MOD方法分析了艦船桅桿典型結(jié)構(gòu)模型的瞬態(tài)散射特性。 此外,論文研究還包括了表面電流顯示、Vandermonde矩陣方程快速求解、奇異和近奇異積分等技術(shù),進(jìn)一步完善時域積分積分方程方法求解大規(guī)模電磁問題的能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, electronic information system (EIS) has become more and more powerful, but it also faces the problem of complex and bad electromagnetic environment. With the development of electromagnetic pulse weapon (EMP), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) have been studied. High power electromagnetic pulses can be injected into electronic devices and circuits through antennas, cables, etc., which invalidate or even destroy the function of irradiated electronic devices. In particular, for the ship platform, a large number of transceiver devices in different bands need to be placed in the limited space. It is very urgent and important to study the coupling mechanism and damage effect of the system. In the study of ship platform EMC problem, due to the real test conditions are limited, the cost is also huge, so it is limited. Therefore, numerical simulation with computational electromagnetics can play an important role in evaluating, quantifying and improving the problem and design. With this aim in mind, this paper studies the mixing and fast algorithm of time domain integral equation, and develops a parallel platform for analyzing transient electromagnetic problems under electromagnetic pulse irradiation. The main research work and innovation points can be summarized as follows: 1) based on the characteristic of time domain integral equation, the time step algorithm is studied systematically. In this paper, the waveform and characteristics of the time basis function are analyzed, and the explicit and implicit algorithms are studied, and the new Laguerre polynomial time basis function is used to solve the time instability problem of the time step algorithm. An adaptive order step mod (MOD) method is proposed to solve the problem. 2) the electromagnetic characteristics of complex metal-dielectric combination are studied systematically, the TD-EFIE-PMCHW equation is established, the different cases such as medium coating and metal patch are studied, and an accurate method to deal with the boundary junctions of metal-media-free space is proposed. And the accelerating technology of convolution calculation is studied to make the algorithm more effective. 3) the mixing of the time domain integral equation and the high frequency method is studied, and the TDIE-TDPO hybrid method is proposed. The coupling characteristics of multiple antennas on the platform are analyzed effectively. 4) the adaptive integration method is studied systematically, and the fast algorithm of TD-AIM-MOD is proposed, including the fast solution of the projection matrix of auxiliary basis function, the fast solution of the Toeplitz matrix and vector product, the storage technology of sparse matrix, and the technique of singular value decomposition and compression. 5) the parallel program of fast algorithm TD-AIM-MOD is studied and developed, and the parallel solution technology of 4-D space-time FFT is solved. On this basis, the typical advanced ship mast structure and its electromagnetic modeling technology are studied, and the transient scattering characteristics of the typical ship mast structure model are analyzed by using the parallel TD-AIM-MOD method. In addition, the paper also includes the surface current display Vandermonde matrix equation fast solution, singular and near singular integration and other techniques to further improve the time-domain integral equation method for solving large-scale electromagnetic problems.
