【摘要】:被稱為第四代照明技術(shù)的LED發(fā)明是人類照明史上一次歷史性飛躍,是人類解決能源短缺和過度消耗的重要途徑之一。LED已經(jīng)廣泛用于各種電子設(shè)備的照明系統(tǒng),特別是手機(jī)、pad等小型設(shè)備。LED產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展也加速了調(diào)光產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)步。調(diào)光技術(shù)不僅可以進(jìn)一步節(jié)約能源,延長(zhǎng)LED的使用年限,而且能夠提高視覺效果,改善生活質(zhì)量?煽毓枵{(diào)光自60年代開始出現(xiàn),在近半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來一直主宰著整個(gè)照明調(diào)光領(lǐng)域。其以高兼容性,低成本,小體積,操作簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)深得消費(fèi)者青睞。本文以可控硅調(diào)光為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)了一款LED驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片的調(diào)光相關(guān)電路。分析和對(duì)比了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外比較流行的調(diào)光技術(shù)及其各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并重點(diǎn)分析了可控硅調(diào)光技術(shù),最終確定采用可控硅調(diào)光為本芯片的調(diào)光方案。為了解決可控硅調(diào)光時(shí)出現(xiàn)的閃爍現(xiàn)象,本文設(shè)計(jì)了泄放通路和有源阻尼網(wǎng)絡(luò)。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)光亮度可控,設(shè)計(jì)了相位控制電路,通過測(cè)量可控硅切相角大小以及將其轉(zhuǎn)化為控制LED的平均電流的量。芯片的輸入電壓范圍寬,可實(shí)現(xiàn)自供電。采用降壓型反激式變換器作為本設(shè)計(jì)的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片外圍拓?fù)?新穎的控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)精確恒流,省去了復(fù)雜的控制環(huán)路補(bǔ)償,減小了外部元件的使用,提高了效率。本文對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器中幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和功能驗(yàn)證。其中包括供電電路,帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓源,過零檢測(cè),相位測(cè)量等模塊。采用TSMC 0.5um BCD工藝,利用cadence、hspice軟件對(duì)電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與功能驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計(jì)的帶可控硅調(diào)光功能的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,無閃爍調(diào)光范圍達(dá)到4%-100%。
[Abstract]:The invention of LED, known as the fourth generation lighting technology, is a historic leap in the history of human lighting. It is one of the important ways to solve the energy shortage and excessive consumption. Led has been widely used in lighting systems of various electronic devices. In particular, the rapid development of small devices such as mobile phone pad. Led industry has also accelerated the progress of dimming industry. Dimming technology can not only save energy and prolong the service life of LED, but also improve visual effect and quality of life. Thyristor dimming has dominated the lighting dimming field for nearly half a century since its emergence in the 1960s. Its high compatibility, low-cost, small volume, easy to operate and other advantages deeply favored by consumers. In this paper, a dimming related circuit of LED driver chip is designed based on thyristor dimming. This paper analyzes and compares the popular dimming technology at home and abroad and their respective advantages and disadvantages, and emphatically analyzes the thyristor dimming technology, and finally determines the dimming scheme using silicon controlled dimming as the chip. In order to solve the flicker phenomenon of thyristor dimming, the discharge path and active damping network are designed in this paper. In order to realize the brightness control, a phase control circuit is designed. By measuring the silicon controlled phase angle and converting it into the average current of controlling the LED, a phase control circuit is designed. The input voltage range of the chip is wide and self-supply can be realized. The reduced voltage flyback converter is used as the peripheral topology of the LED drive chip, and the novel control algorithm realizes accurate constant current, eliminates the complicated control loop compensation, reduces the use of external components and improves the efficiency. In this paper, several key modules in the LED driver are analyzed and verified in detail. Including power supply circuit, bandgap voltage reference source, zero-crossing detection, phase measurement and other modules. The circuit is designed and verified by using TSMC 0.5um BCD technology and cadence HSPICE software. The results show that the LED driver chip with thyristor dimming function meets the design requirements, and the range of no flicker dimming reaches 4- 100.
