電勵磁無刷同步電機(jī)的設(shè)計與有限元分析

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的電勵磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子側(cè)存在電刷和滑環(huán),容易產(chǎn)生電弧、火花,不能在爆炸環(huán)境中使用。而傳統(tǒng)的電勵磁無刷同步電機(jī)系統(tǒng)由同步電機(jī)、旋轉(zhuǎn)整流器和與同步電機(jī)同軸相連的交流勵磁機(jī)等組成,機(jī)組軸向長度增加,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。 針對上述問題,本文提出一種單一鐵心結(jié)構(gòu)的電勵磁無刷同步電機(jī),,并對其進(jìn)行電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和工作原理的闡述。 用路算的方法設(shè)計一臺100kW的電勵磁無刷同步電機(jī),利用Ansoft RMxprt軟件對其電磁參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核和改進(jìn)。利用Ansoft Maxwell有限元分析軟件分析計算了同步電機(jī)的交直軸電感參數(shù)和功角特性。根據(jù)電機(jī)的工作原理和電磁特性推導(dǎo)出了同步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。 對比分析四種不同結(jié)構(gòu)的同步電機(jī)勵磁系統(tǒng),利用有限元分析方法,得出電機(jī)各繞組間的電磁耦合關(guān)系和電機(jī)氣隙磁密分布情況,通過對比選取同步電機(jī)勵磁系統(tǒng)定子單相勵磁繞組為四對極的分布繞組結(jié)構(gòu)。對上述結(jié)構(gòu)的同步電機(jī)勵磁系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析:得到電機(jī)在靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下,單相勵磁系統(tǒng)定轉(zhuǎn)子磁場耦合與轉(zhuǎn)子位置角的關(guān)系;靜止和額定轉(zhuǎn)速狀態(tài)下電機(jī)單相勵磁系統(tǒng)的頻率特性和不同頻率時電機(jī)鐵心損耗特性;不同轉(zhuǎn)速時的單相勵磁系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)子側(cè)感應(yīng)電動勢和其傅里葉分析。利用有限元分析方法分析電機(jī)額定狀態(tài)下的電流、轉(zhuǎn)矩等各項電磁參數(shù),并計算了電機(jī)的效率。通過分析表明電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理,各項電磁特性較穩(wěn)定,具有一定的可行性。
[Abstract]:There are brush and slip ring on the rotor side of traditional electroexcitation synchronous motor, which is easy to produce electric arc and spark, so it can not be used in explosion environment. The traditional brushless synchronous motor system is composed of synchronous motor, rotary rectifier and AC exciter connected with the synchronous motor coaxially. The axial length of the unit is increased and the structure is complex. In order to solve the above problems, a single core structure brushless synchronous motor is proposed, and its structure design and working principle are described. An electrically excited brushless synchronous motor of 100kW is designed by the method of road calculation, and its electromagnetic parameters are checked and improved by Ansoft RMxprt software. The inductance parameters and power angle characteristics of synchronous motor are analyzed and calculated by Ansoft Maxwell finite element analysis software. According to the working principle and electromagnetic characteristics of the motor, the mathematical model of the synchronous motor is derived. By comparing and analyzing the excitation system of synchronous motor with four different structures, the electromagnetic coupling relationship between the windings of the motor and the distribution of the air-gap magnetic density of the motor are obtained by using the finite element analysis method. The distribution windings with four pairs of stator single phase excitation windings in synchronous motor excitation system are compared. The excitation system of the synchronous motor with the above structure is analyzed: the relationship between the stator and rotor magnetic field coupling and the rotor position angle of the single-phase excitation system is obtained under the static state of the motor; The frequency characteristics of the single-phase excitation system and the loss characteristics of the core of the motor at different frequencies and the rotor side induction electromotive force of the single-phase excitation system with different rotational speeds and its Fourier analysis are analyzed under static and rated rotational speeds. The current torque and other electromagnetic parameters are analyzed by finite element method and the efficiency of the motor is calculated. The analysis shows that the structure of the motor is reasonable, the electromagnetic characteristics are stable, and it is feasible.
