【摘要】:科技部于2012年5月發(fā)布了《半導(dǎo)體照明科技發(fā)展“十二五”專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃(征求意見(jiàn)稿)》,欲以億元資金支持“十城萬(wàn)盞”示范城市,并提出到2015年,半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)值規(guī)模達(dá)到5000億元。LED作為新一代綠色照明光源,具有其它光源無(wú)可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),正逐漸取代其它傳統(tǒng)光源,并在照明領(lǐng)域引發(fā)了一場(chǎng)技術(shù)革命,同時(shí)給燈具設(shè)計(jì)指明了新的方向。然而,LED技術(shù)還沒(méi)有完全成熟,依然存在一些技術(shù)難題,如提高出光效率、優(yōu)化散熱結(jié)構(gòu)等。在目前的臺(tái)燈市場(chǎng)上,只是僅僅利用了LED光源獨(dú)有的優(yōu)勢(shì),忽略了其存在的可能會(huì)影響到燈具的發(fā)光和壽命的因素。 在本臺(tái)燈的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,從LED技術(shù)的基本問(wèn)題出發(fā),以提高LED出光效率和優(yōu)化其散熱結(jié)構(gòu)作為切入點(diǎn),分析社會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步等因素,總結(jié)人們消費(fèi)水平的提高和消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)化,得出人們對(duì)臺(tái)燈產(chǎn)品的追求與渴望,尋找LED臺(tái)燈的價(jià)值機(jī)會(huì)。本文通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),LED臺(tái)燈需要設(shè)計(jì)散熱結(jié)構(gòu)才能保證其正常的出光效果和使用壽命。于是設(shè)計(jì)了LED臺(tái)燈的散熱結(jié)構(gòu),利用數(shù)值模擬進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化。 LED臺(tái)燈實(shí)現(xiàn)基本功能的同時(shí),,需兼具審美價(jià)值。LED臺(tái)燈的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是支撐整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作的關(guān)鍵,結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性可以完成特定的功能,結(jié)構(gòu)單元的變化及其結(jié)構(gòu)單元之間的連接方式不同又可以引導(dǎo)出不同的外形設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新在一定范圍內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品外形的創(chuàng)新。同時(shí),造型對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)有一定的包容性,在結(jié)構(gòu)確定的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行整個(gè)外形的設(shè)計(jì)。LED臺(tái)燈的功能需要合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),特定的結(jié)構(gòu)是產(chǎn)品成型的支撐基礎(chǔ),臺(tái)燈的結(jié)構(gòu)與造型具有相關(guān)性,以結(jié)構(gòu)引導(dǎo)造型、探究結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)造型的影響是本文的核心研究路線。在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,圍繞結(jié)構(gòu)和造型的相互作用,最終完成LED臺(tái)燈的結(jié)構(gòu)和造型的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In May 2012, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Semiconductor Lighting Science and Technology (draft for comments), which aims to support the demonstration city of "100,000 cities" with 100 million yuan, and put forward the proposal by 2015. Semiconductor output value has reached 500 billion yuan. Led as a new generation of green lighting light source, with unparalleled advantages of other light sources, is gradually replacing other traditional light sources, and has triggered a technological revolution in the field of lighting. At the same time, it gives a new direction to the design of lamps and lanterns. However, the LED technology is not fully mature, there are still some technical problems, such as improving the efficiency of light, optimizing the structure of heat dissipation and so on. In the current market of table lamps, only the unique advantages of LED light sources are utilized, and the factors that may affect the luminescence and lifetime of lamps are ignored. In the design process of this lamp, starting from the basic problems of LED technology, taking improving the efficiency of LED light and optimizing its heat dissipation structure as the breakthrough point, analyzing the social development status, economic base, scientific and technological progress and other factors, By summing up the improvement of people's consumption level and the transformation of consumption concept, this paper draws a conclusion that people's pursuit and desire for lamp products and the value opportunities of LED lamp. In this paper, it is found by numerical simulation that the heat dissipation structure of LED lamp is needed to ensure its normal luminous effect and service life. The heat dissipation structure of LED lamp was designed, and the parameters were optimized by numerical simulation. At the same time, the structure design of the LED lamp is the key to support the operation of the whole system, and the rationality of the structure can accomplish the specific function. The change of structural unit and the connection between structural elements can lead to different shape design. The innovation of structure can realize the innovation of product shape in a certain range. At the same time, the modeling has certain inclusiveness to the structure, on the basis of the structure determination, the function of the whole shape design .LED desk lamp needs reasonable structure design to realize, the specific structure is the support foundation of the product forming, The structure of the lamp is related to the modeling. It is the core research route of this paper to guide the modeling and explore the influence of the structure on the modeling. In the whole design process, the structure and shape of LED lamp are designed around the interaction of structure and modeling.
