國電恒泰電廠300MW鍋爐貧—煙混煤雙尺度低NOx燃燒

【摘要】:隨著我國綜合實力的增強(qiáng),人民生活水平的提高,社會高度關(guān)注環(huán)境問題,火電等敏感領(lǐng)域?qū)Νh(huán)境影響較大,《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》已經(jīng)三次修訂,排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更加嚴(yán)格,在運火電機(jī)組必須開展低NOx、脫硝改造。 本文用“雙尺度”低氮燃燒技術(shù)對國電恒泰電廠鍋爐機(jī)組開展低氮燃燒研究和改造。國電恒泰電廠實際燃用煤種、煤質(zhì)與設(shè)計煤質(zhì)發(fā)生了較大變化,鍋爐NOx排放超過環(huán)保排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)倍,,采用先低氮燃燒再煙氣脫硝的技術(shù)改造路線,實現(xiàn)NOx達(dá)標(biāo)排放。在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外低氮燃燒技術(shù)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,針對鍋爐設(shè)備和燃用混煤的特殊性,采用貧煤、煙煤分層燃燒方式,進(jìn)行了兩次試驗改造,在總結(jié)分析試驗改造結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化空間尺度和過程尺度,使用保證低氮燃燒、鍋爐效率和安全運行的技術(shù),開展了燃燒優(yōu)化試驗。實施低氮改造后,鍋爐NOx排放由700mg/Nm3左右降至400mg/Nm3以下,實現(xiàn)了在復(fù)雜煤種、煤質(zhì)下低氮燃燒技術(shù)改造目標(biāo),未產(chǎn)生影響鍋爐安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運行的其他問題, 通過對貧煤、煙煤混煤低氮燃燒的研究和改造,“雙尺度”低氮燃燒技術(shù)的成功應(yīng)用可以為其他同類型鍋爐機(jī)組改造提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of our country's comprehensive strength and the improvement of people's living standards, the society is highly concerned about environmental problems, and the sensitive fields such as thermal power plants have a great impact on the environment. The Emission Standards for Atmospheric pollutants from Thermal Power plants have been revised three times, and the emission standards have become more stringent. The transformation of low no _ x and denitrification must be carried out in thermal power units. In this paper, the low nitrogen combustion of the boiler unit of Hengtai Power Plant is studied and reformed by using "double scale" low nitrogen combustion technology. The actual burning of coal in Hengtai power plant of Guodian has changed greatly the quality of coal and design coal has changed greatly. The NOx emission of boiler is several times higher than the standard of environmental protection. The technical retrofit route of low nitrogen combustion and flue gas denitrification is adopted to realize the discharge standard of NOx. On the basis of summing up the technical achievements of low nitrogen combustion at home and abroad, according to the particularity of boiler equipment and mixed coal burning, the lean coal and bituminous coal stratified combustion methods are adopted to carry out two test revamping, and on the basis of summing up and analyzing the results of test transformation, Further optimization of space scale and process scale was carried out using the technology of ensuring low nitrogen combustion boiler efficiency and safe operation. After the low nitrogen revamping, the NOx emission of boiler is reduced from 700mg/Nm3 to 400mg/Nm3, which realizes the goal of low nitrogen combustion technology reform under complex coal and coal quality, and does not produce other problems that affect the safe and economical operation of boiler. Through the research and transformation of low nitrogen combustion of lean coal and bituminous coal, the successful application of "double scale" low nitrogen combustion technology can be used as a reference for other boiler units of the same type.
