【摘要】:在當(dāng)今世界能源緊張的形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,可再生能源,如風(fēng)力發(fā)電和太陽(yáng)能受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。在最大化程度上將可再生能源(如風(fēng)能、太陽(yáng)能、氫燃料電池)轉(zhuǎn)化到公用電網(wǎng),電力電子變換器的使用是非常重要的。而并網(wǎng)逆變器連接電網(wǎng)時(shí)常常使用LCL濾波器來(lái)濾除逆變器產(chǎn)生的諧波。 盡管有很多可參考文獻(xiàn)有講解LCL濾波器的設(shè)計(jì),然而提出比較系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法的文章卻很少。本文介紹了一種逆變器并網(wǎng)LCL濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)方法,給出了元件參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的約束條件和系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)流程。該方法可以根據(jù)逆變器額定額定參數(shù)來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)匹配的LCL并網(wǎng)濾波器。 在LCL濾波器參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)完成的基礎(chǔ)上,,接下來(lái)便對(duì)已經(jīng)構(gòu)建好的并網(wǎng)逆變器數(shù)學(xué)模型設(shè)計(jì)控制器的結(jié)構(gòu)與參數(shù)。對(duì)單相逆變器采用雙閉環(huán)控制,內(nèi)環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)對(duì)比不同反饋參數(shù)的阻尼改良情況,選取電容電流為內(nèi)環(huán)反饋?zhàn)兞;外環(huán)的控制器設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),使用典型Ⅱ型系統(tǒng)參數(shù)整定法設(shè)計(jì)控制器參數(shù),對(duì)比比例積分PI、比例諧振PR、比例諧振+諧波補(bǔ)償PR+HC三種控制器優(yōu)劣,并通過(guò)simulink仿真得出了并網(wǎng)電流波形。三相并網(wǎng)逆變器同樣以電容電流內(nèi)環(huán)反饋參數(shù)、并網(wǎng)電流為外環(huán)反饋參數(shù)的雙環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),分別構(gòu)建了在αβ軸下的PR控制、dq軸下的PI控制,并對(duì)兩種不同坐標(biāo)系下的控制器控制方程進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析兩者間的聯(lián)系和差異。最后電網(wǎng)電壓波形畸變情況下,對(duì)比αβ軸的PR+HC控制與前兩者間的仿真波形,說(shuō)明諧波補(bǔ)償器HC對(duì)指定諧波信號(hào)的干擾具有較強(qiáng)的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:In today's world, renewable energy, such as wind power and solar energy, is getting more and more attention. In order to maximize the conversion of renewable energy (such as wind, solar, hydrogen fuel cells) to the public grid, the use of power electronic converters is very important. The grid-connected inverter often uses LCL filter to filter the harmonics generated by the inverter. Although there are many references to explain the design of LCL filters, there are few articles about the more systematic design methods. In this paper, a design method of grid-connected LCL filter for inverter is introduced. The constraint conditions of component parameter design and the design flow of system parameters are given. This method can design matched LCL grid-connected filter according to the rated parameters of the inverter. Based on the completion of LCL filter parameter design, the structure and parameters of the controller are designed for the mathematical model of grid-connected inverter. The single-phase inverter is controlled by double closed loop, and the damping improvement of different feedback parameters is compared when the inner loop is designed, the capacitive current is selected as the feedback variable of the inner loop, and the controller of the outer loop is designed, The controller parameters are designed by using the parameter tuning method of typical type 鈪
