【摘要】：采用批量采樣減小其他因素對實驗結(jié)果影響的實驗設(shè)計,比較分別采用冶金法與西門子法硅片制造的太陽電池主要電性能參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:在標準測試條件和轉(zhuǎn)換效率基本一致時,冶金法晶硅電池V_(oc)優(yōu)于西門子法晶硅電池4 m V,I_(sc)低42 m A,R_s低0.119 mΩ,R_(sh)與I_(rev)增加一倍。
[Abstract]:The experimental design of batch sampling to reduce the influence of other factors on the experimental results was used to compare the main electrical performance parameters of solar cells fabricated by metallurgical method and Siemens method respectively. The results show that when the standard test conditions are basically the same as the conversion efficiency, the metallurgical crystal silicon battery Vac / C) is better than the Siemens crystal silicon battery 4 m V / I / I / C).
