【摘要】：對于一個國家的綜合實力以及發(fā)展水平而言,電能質(zhì)量的控制水平是其重要的標志之一。自動電壓控制(Automatic Voltage Control,AVC)是提高電網(wǎng)無功電壓控制水平、保證電力系統(tǒng)安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟運行的重要手段。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、通信、計算機等現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以及變電站、發(fā)電廠的自動化程度不斷加深,AVC系統(tǒng)的先進功能也得以發(fā)揮。通過AVC系統(tǒng)的普遍應(yīng)用,電網(wǎng)無功綜合控制技術(shù)也將得到進一步提升。本文對電網(wǎng)電壓及無功情況進行了概述,簡要介紹了幾種主要的無功補償裝置,并且結(jié)合地區(qū)電網(wǎng)運行實際情況,探索了地區(qū)電網(wǎng)中AVC的控制策略,從無功優(yōu)化控制原理、電壓調(diào)整原理、AVC系統(tǒng)的軟件、功能、上下級配合等幾個方面,對地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的AVC的運行進行了研究,對影響實際效果的原因進行了分析,提出了優(yōu)化方案,并且在城南地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的實際運行管理中得到了應(yīng)用。通過對城南地區(qū)電網(wǎng)AVC運行策略的優(yōu)化,不僅提高了電網(wǎng)實際運行效益、還提高了調(diào)控人員的工作效率,并且起到了保證電網(wǎng)安全運行的實際作用。
[Abstract]:For a country's comprehensive strength and development level, the level of power quality control is one of its important symbols. Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) is an important means to improve the level of reactive power and voltage control and to ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of power system. With the development of modern technology, such as Internet, communication, computer, and substation, the automation degree of power plant is deepening continuously, and the advanced functions of AVC system can also be brought into play. Through the general application of AVC system, the integrated reactive power control technology will be further improved. In this paper, the voltage and reactive power of the power network are summarized, several main reactive power compensators are briefly introduced, and the control strategy of AVC in the regional power network is explored according to the actual operation of the regional power network, and the principle of the reactive power optimal control is discussed from the point of view of the optimal control principle of reactive power. Based on the principle of voltage adjustment, the software, function, cooperation between superior and lower level, etc., the operation of AVC in regional power network is studied, and the reasons influencing the actual effect are analyzed, and the optimization scheme is put forward. And has been applied in the actual operation management of Chengnan area power network. By optimizing the operation strategy of AVC in Chengnan area, not only the actual operation benefit of the power network is improved, but also the working efficiency of the regulator is improved, and the practical function of ensuring the safe operation of the power grid is played.
