數(shù)字化發(fā)電廠的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟(jì)已步入全球化競爭時代,電力作為一種基礎(chǔ)性的商品,其價格不僅決定每個老百姓的生活成本,同時也決定著各行各業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本及電廠職工的收入,決定著中國企業(yè)的全球競爭力。我國電力市場的廠網(wǎng)分家改革目標(biāo)已實(shí)現(xiàn),下一步改革目標(biāo)必將是:市場化運(yùn)作的競價上網(wǎng),能耗低、污染物排放少、經(jīng)營水平好的企業(yè)將獲得長足發(fā)展;相反的企業(yè)可能面臨生存危機(jī)。而數(shù)字化電廠的出現(xiàn)就能很好的解決以上問題。 本文通過對(1)數(shù)字化電廠的電氣控制系統(tǒng);(2)數(shù)字化電廠的機(jī)、爐及其它控制系統(tǒng);(3)火電廠的性能分析、優(yōu)化及仿真系統(tǒng);(4)三維設(shè)計系統(tǒng)在數(shù)字化電廠應(yīng)用;(5)神華萬州數(shù)字化電廠應(yīng)用實(shí)例;通過以上5部分研究分析提出:用DCS系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)全廠主輔一體化控制;利用SIS系統(tǒng)的分析優(yōu)化功能,不斷降低電廠能耗水平;利用三維數(shù)字化設(shè)計技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)電廠設(shè)備的全壽命周期管理,以利于電廠降低造價、縮短建設(shè)周期;利用ERP、MIS等系統(tǒng)及其它辦公、財務(wù)、采購等軟件,不斷降低成本。所以說:數(shù)字化電廠能切實(shí)提高電廠的競爭力,能提前預(yù)防重大設(shè)備損壞及不必要的非計劃停機(jī),通過不斷優(yōu)化會給電廠帶來良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。數(shù)字化電廠能夠提高電廠自動化水平、減少人員使用、降低能耗、降低污染物排放水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn):企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本最優(yōu)、能耗水平最低、污染物排放最低、人均產(chǎn)值最高的追求。
[Abstract]:China's economy has entered the era of global competition. As a basic commodity, the price of electricity not only determines the cost of living for every citizen, but also determines the production cost of various industries and the income of power plant workers. Determine the global competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. The reform goal of power market separation in China has been realized. The next reform goal will be: the enterprises with low energy consumption, low pollutant emission and good management level will get great development; On the contrary, businesses may face a survival crisis. The emergence of digital power plants can solve the above problems. In this paper, the performance of power plant is analyzed by means of the electrical control system of No. 1) the electric control system of the digital power plant, the machine, furnace and other control systems of the digital power plant, and the performance of the thermal power plant. The application of the three dimensional design system in the digital power plant is 5) the application example of Shenghua Wanzhou digital power plant, through the research and analysis of the above five parts, the author puts forward the following points: using DCS system to realize the integrated control of the main and auxiliary parts of the whole plant; The analysis and optimization function of SIS system is used to continuously reduce the level of energy consumption of power plant, the whole life cycle management of power plant equipment is realized by using 3D digital design technology, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of power plant and shorten the construction period. Make use of ERP MIS and other software such as office, finance, purchasing, etc., continuously reduce cost. Therefore, digital power plant can effectively improve the competitiveness of power plant, can prevent major equipment damage and unnecessary unplanned shutdown ahead of time, and will bring good economic benefits to power plant through continuous optimization. Digital power plants can improve the automation level of power plants, reduce the use of personnel, reduce energy consumption, reduce the level of pollutant emissions, and achieve the goal of improving economic efficiency. Final realization: the pursuit of optimal operating cost, the lowest energy consumption, the lowest pollutant emission and the highest per capita output value.
