一種新型寬范圍頻率相位計(jì)的研究

【摘要】:通常的頻率測量方法中針對不同頻率的相位變化無法直接檢測,尤其是對于那些相位信息連續(xù)長期變化的復(fù)雜頻率信號。本文運(yùn)用新原理和新技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種可以不經(jīng)頻率變換直接獲得在任意頻率下被測信號相位差信息的測量方法,在低成本的前提下研究和開發(fā)一種具有高分辨率和寬頻率范圍的測相途徑及其儀器實(shí)現(xiàn)。文章從任意信號間最基本的相位問題深入分析探討,借助于相位重合檢測分辨率的邊沿效應(yīng)大幅度提高頻率測量精度,并結(jié)合創(chuàng)新性的數(shù)字化重建技術(shù),在高分辨率、無間隔、相位連續(xù)的頻率測量基礎(chǔ)上重建數(shù)值等于被測標(biāo)稱頻率的虛擬信號,利用虛擬信號和實(shí)體信號之間的比對以及對虛擬信號調(diào)整等方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一系列對信號的相位和頻率的精密測量控制,進(jìn)而給出了寬范圍頻率相位計(jì)的系統(tǒng)整體工作原理及各功能模塊具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)中采用FPGA實(shí)現(xiàn)測量核心部分即相位重合點(diǎn)檢測和無間隔門時計(jì)數(shù)模塊,由單片機(jī)讀取FPGA采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理并完成顯示工作。本文研究實(shí)現(xiàn)了寬頻率范圍內(nèi)的高分辨率不間斷的頻率測量,而且可以通過數(shù)字化處理直接得到被測信號相位的連續(xù)變化的信息特性。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該方案的正確性和科學(xué)性,對任意頻率測量的穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)到達(dá)10-12量級,并且任意頻率值相位處理分辨率達(dá)到ps量級,大幅度簡化了測量設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu),具有測量分辨率高、頻率范圍寬、附加噪聲小而且可以直接測量相位差等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這種基于邊沿效應(yīng)結(jié)合數(shù)字化重建的處理方法不但突破了傳統(tǒng)的相位處理只限于相同標(biāo)稱頻率的思想,而且使得復(fù)雜的頻率、相位的測量能夠高精度的實(shí)現(xiàn),在大量鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)、量子頻標(biāo)技術(shù)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,將會是一項(xiàng)有非常重要意義的成果。
[Abstract]:In common frequency measurement methods, the phase change of different frequency can not be detected directly, especially for those complex frequency signals whose phase information is continuously changing for a long time. In this paper, a new method of measuring the phase difference of the measured signal without frequency transformation is realized by using the new principle and new technology, which can directly obtain the information of the phase difference of the measured signal at any frequency. A phase measurement method with high resolution and wide frequency range and its instrument realization are studied and developed under the premise of low cost. Based on the analysis of the most basic phase problem between arbitrary signals, the accuracy of frequency measurement is greatly improved by means of the edge effect of phase coincidence detection resolution, and the innovative digital reconstruction technique is used to improve the accuracy of frequency measurement. On the basis of continuous phase frequency measurement, the virtual signal whose value is equal to the measured nominal frequency is reconstructed. The comparison between the virtual signal and the solid signal, as well as the adjustment of the virtual signal, are used. A series of precise measurement and control of the phase and frequency of the signal are realized, and then the whole working principle of the wide range frequency meter and the realization of each function module are given. In the system, FPGA is used to realize the core part of the measurement, that is, phase coincidence point detection and non-spaced gate counting module. The data collected by FPGA are read by single chip computer for processing and display work is completed. In this paper, the continuous frequency measurement with high resolution in a wide frequency range is studied, and the information characteristics of the continuous variation of the phase of the measured signal can be directly obtained by digital processing. The experimental results show that the scheme is correct and scientific. The stability index of arbitrary frequency measurement reaches 10-12 orders of magnitude, and the resolution of phase processing of arbitrary frequency value reaches PS order, which greatly simplifies the structure of measuring equipment. It has the advantages of high resolution, wide frequency range, low additional noise and can measure phase difference directly. This method based on edge effect and digital reconstruction not only breaks through the traditional idea that phase processing is limited to the same nominal frequency, but also makes the measurement of complex frequency and phase can be realized with high accuracy. It will be a very important achievement in many fields such as phase-locked loop technology, quantum frequency standard technology and so on.
