春風變電站電氣設計和保護配置研究

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的重要組成部分,其任務是根據(jù)規(guī)劃期間的負荷增長及電源規(guī)劃方案確定相應的最佳規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu),以滿足經(jīng)濟可靠地傳輸電力的要求。因此做好電力工程建設的前期規(guī)劃工作,落實本體工程的建設條件,協(xié)調(diào)其建設進度,優(yōu)化其設計方案,其意義尤為重大。本課題根據(jù)春風采油廠排601區(qū)塊近五年的產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃及負荷發(fā)展概況,分別從帶載能力、供電可靠性等方面對其供電電源35kV春風變電站的運行現(xiàn)狀進行深入分析,進而闡述了春風變電站升壓擴建的必要性;結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際,設計完成春風變電站升壓擴建總體方案,然后根據(jù)總體設計方案,選取110kV供電電源點,確定主變?nèi)萘?完成斷路器、隔離開關、電流互感器等重要一次設備的選型;在此基礎上對主變和線路進行保護配置研究,并針對所選主變、線路保護設備原理特性,選擇相應算法對系統(tǒng)進行定值整定。此外,本文還對現(xiàn)場綜合自動化系統(tǒng)的相關配置進行了施工方案設計,實現(xiàn)對主要設備的自動監(jiān)視、測量、控制、保護以及遠動信息傳遞,提高全站的安全運行水平。論文結(jié)合工程實踐,對春風變電站升壓擴建工程中設備選型和保護配置等實際應用問題展開了深入研究,課題具有一定的普遍性和實踐性。
[Abstract]:Power network planning is an important part of power system planning. Its task is to determine the optimal planning structure according to the load growth and power planning scheme during the planning period in order to meet the requirements of economic and reliable transmission of power. Therefore, it is of great significance to do well the preliminary planning of electric power engineering construction, to implement the construction conditions of ontology engineering, to coordinate its construction progress and to optimize its design scheme. According to the production capacity planning and load development of Block 601 in Chunfeng Oil production Plant in recent five years, the operation status of its power supply 35kV Chunfeng Substation is analyzed from the aspects of load capacity, power supply reliability and so on. Then it expounds the necessity of the booster expansion of the Chunfeng substation, designs and completes the overall scheme of the booster expansion of the Chunfeng substation, then selects the power supply point of 110kV according to the overall design scheme, determines the main transformer capacity, and completes the circuit breaker. The main transformer and line protection configuration are studied on this basis, and the corresponding algorithm is selected to set the value of the system according to the selected main transformer and the principle characteristics of the line protection equipment. In addition, the related configuration of the field integrated automation system is designed to realize the automatic monitoring, measurement, control, protection and telecontrol information transmission of the main equipment, so as to improve the safe operation level of the whole station. Combined with engineering practice, the paper deeply studies the practical application problems such as equipment selection and protection configuration in the booster expansion project of Chunfeng substation, and the subject has certain universality and practicality.
