【摘要】：憶感器是從憶阻器概念推演出來(lái)的一個(gè)新的具有記憶功能的非線性電路元件�；趹浉薪频刃щ娐纺Ｐ�,采用一個(gè)有源磁控憶阻器實(shí)現(xiàn)等效電路中的憶阻器,建立了憶感近似等效電路的狀態(tài)方程組;借助MATLAB數(shù)學(xué)工具軟件,進(jìn)行了等效憶感器特性的數(shù)值仿真分析。結(jié)果表明,等效憶感器的韋安關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)典型的緊磁滯回線特性,且依賴于外加電壓激勵(lì)頻率。通過有源磁控憶阻器的等效電路進(jìn)行了憶感近似等效電路的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果和數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果基本一致,說(shuō)明了憶感近似等效電路模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:Memory sensor is a new nonlinear circuit element with memory function derived from the concept of memory resistor. Based on the amnesia approximate equivalent circuit model, an active magnetically controlled amnesia is used to realize the state equations of the equivalent circuit, and the state equations of the equivalent circuit are established by the aid of the MATLAB mathematical tool software. Numerical simulation analysis of the characteristics of the equivalent memory sensor is carried out. The results show that the Weir relation of the equivalent amnesia is characterized by a typical tight hysteresis loop and depends on the applied voltage excitation frequency. The experimental verification of the equivalent circuit of the active magnetically controlled resistor is carried out. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the correctness of the equivalent circuit model is proved.
