【摘要】:無刷直流電動機具備快速啟動、良好的機械特性,使其在高精度、高性能的機電控制系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛的應用。同時,壽命、可靠性和噪音的優(yōu)良特性又大大增加了其適用范圍。脈寬調(diào)制(Pulse Width Modulation—PWM)的定義與其他調(diào)制相似,它是指控制有序的一組脈沖的占空比,利用它們得到所需要的電壓的連續(xù)變化的一種技術。利用此技術控制三相無刷直流電動機,具有較高的效率、更寬的調(diào)速范圍、并且實現(xiàn)了流經(jīng)電動機三相的電流大小和方向更精確控制,從而成為電動機驅(qū)動器的主流研究方向。閉環(huán)反饋是指在可控量與被控量之間,存在著正向控制和負向反饋的相互作用,即可控量通過控制函數(shù)控制被控量,同時被控量由反饋函數(shù)返回閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)的輸入端,經(jīng)與輸入信號比較后得到修正值,從而修正系統(tǒng)誤差的一種控制方法。若反饋函數(shù)返回的值對系統(tǒng)輸出起到相減的作用,則稱為負反饋;反之,則為正反饋。本文根據(jù)三相無刷直流電動機的工作原理和基本特點,設計了一種采用混合工藝封裝的三相無刷直流電機控制器。它具有高壓、大功率和高效率的優(yōu)點,具過流保護功能,穩(wěn)定的零點設計保證了三相無刷直流電動機系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定工作。主要內(nèi)容為:1.研究在理想情況下,輸出功率級同側橋臂的高低側控制信號相互之間的關系,提出一種控制高低側開關管同時開啟的方法,避免短暫的“共態(tài)導通”造成的輸出級燒毀,基于該方法,實現(xiàn)對死區(qū)時間的設計。2.研究電路反饋控制的響應速度,以達到較高的控制斜率,基于電流反饋控制回路中誤差放大器采用了直流開環(huán)設計,解決在控制信號為零點時微小的電壓擾動將使其輸出達到正向或負向最大,導致控制器控制零點無法穩(wěn)定的問題。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely used in high precision and high performance electromechanical control system because of its fast starting and good mechanical characteristics. At the same time, the excellent characteristics of life, reliability and noise greatly increase its scope of application. Pulse Width Modulation-PWM is defined as other modulation, which refers to a technique that controls the duty cycle of an ordered set of pulses and uses them to obtain the continuous variation of the required voltage. Using this technology to control three-phase brushless DC motor has higher efficiency, wider speed range and more accurate control of the current size and direction of the three-phase current flowing through the motor, thus becoming the mainstream research direction of motor driver. Closed-loop feedback refers to the interaction of positive control and negative feedback between the controllable variables and the controlled variables, which can control the controlled variables through the control function and return the controlled quantities to the input of the closed-loop system by the feedback function. A control method for correcting the system error is obtained by comparing the correction value with the input signal. If the value returned by the feedback function subtracts the output of the system, it is called negative feedback; conversely, it is positive feedback. According to the working principle and basic characteristics of three-phase brushless DC motor, a controller of three-phase brushless DC motor is designed in this paper. It has the advantages of high voltage, high power and high efficiency, has the function of over-current protection, and the stable zero design ensures the steady operation of the three-phase brushless DC motor system. The main content is: 1. Under ideal conditions, the relationship between the high and low side control signals of the same side of the output power level bridge arm is studied, and a method of controlling the high and low side switch tube to open simultaneously is proposed to avoid the output stage burning caused by the transient "common conduction". Based on this method, the design of dead zone time. 2. 2. The response speed of the circuit feedback control is studied in order to achieve a higher control slope. Based on the current feedback control loop, the error amplifier is designed with a DC open-loop design. To solve the problem that the small voltage disturbance will make the output reach the maximum in positive or negative direction when the control signal is zero, resulting in the controller control zero point can not be stable.
