【摘要】：在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和能源分布不平衡的情況下,直流輸電在實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排和資源優(yōu)化配置中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。為不斷提高直流輸電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行可靠性,全面掌握國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司直流輸電系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況,以國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)區(qū)域內(nèi)的特高壓直流、高壓直流及背靠背直流輸電系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,以直流輸電系統(tǒng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)強(qiáng)迫停運(yùn)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。并從極端天氣、設(shè)備故障、外力破壞等角度展開(kāi)討論,結(jié)合典型故障案例說(shuō)明國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司直流輸電系統(tǒng)面臨的安全形勢(shì),分析現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the imbalance of energy distribution in China, HVDC plays an increasingly important role in energy saving and resource allocation. In order to continuously improve the operational reliability of HVDC transmission system, fully grasp the operation of the HVDC system of State Grid Company, and take the UHV DC in the operating area of the State Grid Company as its business area, Based on the actual operation data of HVDC and back-to-back HVDC transmission systems, the forced outage is analyzed statistically. From the view of extreme weather, equipment failure and external force failure, combined with typical fault cases to illustrate the security situation faced by the HVDC transmission system of State Grid Company, the weak links of the existing system are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward.
