通信線路巡檢系統(tǒng)術在通信企業(yè)中的研究與應用

【摘要】:對于通信企業(yè)而言,確保設備的安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟運行是其賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎。通信生產(chǎn)過程中任意設備、線路的缺陷故障,都有可能影響安全生產(chǎn)。因此,線路日常維護工作在通信企業(yè)的管理中占有非常重要的地位。當前通信企業(yè)的線路維護中心的日常維護的工作量巨大,且維護工作主要以人工方式為主。隨著城市光網(wǎng)規(guī)模越來越大,再加上光網(wǎng)絡的網(wǎng)絡結構更加復雜,后端維護人員缺乏,采用人盯人的維護管理手段與管理需求矛盾越來越突出。針對通信企業(yè)當前存在的問題,以電信傳輸線路維護中心為例,通過對傳輸線路維護中心日常巡檢工作的調(diào)研和分析研究,利用WEB、Android、GPS等諸多先進信息化技術和手段建立一個綜合信息平臺,并使用智能移動終端通過3G網(wǎng)絡完成光纜、光交箱、工地、搶修和設備維護等日常巡檢工作,提高線路運維管理水平,確保線路運行質量。通訊線路巡檢系統(tǒng)將是一個利用了諸多先進信息化技術和手段的綜合信息平臺,通過3G網(wǎng)絡實現(xiàn)服務器端和單兵手持終端實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)實時傳輸。本文首先分析了電信傳輸線路維護中心巡檢人員的日常工作管理要求,明確系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的功能和目標,確定系統(tǒng)的體系結構設計和硬件架構;然后確定系統(tǒng)需要使用的關鍵技術,主要是安卓系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、百度全球定位系統(tǒng)服務,或代碼掃描等;在系統(tǒng)設計中,通過對系統(tǒng)的進一步分析,得出了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設計和頁面設計;在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)中,介紹了系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊的實現(xiàn)細節(jié);在系統(tǒng)測試方面,本文介紹了網(wǎng)絡和安卓測試相關的知識,并列舉了系統(tǒng)的主要功能部分測試用例。本研究成果可幫助電信傳輸線路維護中心的巡檢人員更好更高效的完成日常的巡檢工作和管理人員更便捷的制定計劃、更有效的管控人員工作。充分體現(xiàn)了使用智能移動終端相關技術使得工作得以效率化、專業(yè)化、快速化,為用戶提供了巡檢相關業(yè)務的專業(yè)化的服務。
[Abstract]:For communication enterprises, to ensure the safety, reliability, stability and economic operation of the equipment is the basis of its survival and development. In the process of communication production, any equipment, circuit defects may affect the safety of production. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the line plays a very important role in the management of communication enterprises. At present, the workload of daily maintenance of line maintenance center in communication enterprises is huge, and the maintenance work is mainly manual. With the increasing scale of urban optical network, the network structure of optical network is more complex, the backend maintainers are lacking, and the contradiction between man-to-man maintenance management and management demand is becoming more and more prominent. In view of the problems existing in the communication enterprises, taking the telecommunication transmission line maintenance center as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the daily inspection work of the transmission line maintenance center, Using many advanced information technologies and means, such as Web site Android and GPS, to establish a comprehensive information platform, and to use intelligent mobile terminals to complete the daily inspection of optical cables, optical boxes, construction sites, rush repairs and equipment maintenance through 3G networks. Improve the line operation and maintenance management to ensure the quality of line operation. The communication line inspection system will be a comprehensive information platform which makes use of many advanced information technology and means to realize the real-time data transmission through the 3G network and the single-soldier handheld terminal. This paper first analyzes the daily work management requirements of the patrol staff in the telecommunication transmission line maintenance center, clarifies the functions and objectives of the system, determines the system architecture design and hardware architecture, and then determines the key technologies to be used in the system. It is mainly the development of Android system, Baidu Global Positioning system service, or code scanning, etc. In the system design, through further analysis of the system, the database design and page design of the system are obtained. In the aspect of system testing, this paper introduces the knowledge of network and Android testing, and enumerates the main function part of the system test cases. The results of this research can help the patrol staff of the telecommunication transmission line maintenance center to complete the daily inspection work more efficiently and the management personnel to make the plan more conveniently and effectively. It fully reflects the use of intelligent mobile terminal related technology to make the work efficient, professional and rapid, providing users with professional services related to the inspection of the service.
