WFGD系統(tǒng)脫硫及脫汞特性模擬研究

【摘要】:以石灰石-石膏濕法脫硫系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用Aspen Plus軟件對(duì)脫硫系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同脫汞性能進(jìn)行了模擬,重點(diǎn)研究了脫硫系統(tǒng)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)脫硫及脫汞效率的雙重影響。結(jié)果表明:脫硫裝置能夠提高煙氣中汞的去除效率,提高液氣比及脫硫系統(tǒng)入口氧氣濃度,同時(shí)能夠提高脫汞及脫硫效率,脫汞及脫硫效率隨入口SO2濃度的提高而降低。pH值在5.5~6之間時(shí),脫汞及脫硫效率均達(dá)到較高水平,提高煙氣溫度和漿液溫度則會(huì)降低脫汞效率。
[Abstract]:Taking the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system as the research object, the synergetic mercury removal performance of the desulfurization system was simulated by Aspen Plus software, and the double effects of the process parameters of the desulfurization system on the desulphurization and mercury removal efficiency were studied. The results show that the desulphurization device can improve the removal efficiency of mercury in flue gas, increase the liquid-gas ratio and the oxygen concentration in the inlet of the desulfurization system, at the same time, it can improve the efficiency of mercury removal and desulphurization. With the increase of inlet SO2 concentration, the removal efficiency of mercury and desulphurization decreased with the increase of inlet SO2 concentration. The removal efficiency of mercury and desulphurization reached a higher level when the pH value was between 5.5 and 6, while increasing the flue gas temperature and slurry temperature would reduce the removal efficiency.
