【摘要】:隨著第三代能量管理系統(tǒng)(EMS)在我國(guó)電網(wǎng)的實(shí)施與應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)代電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電、輸電、變電、配電、用電和調(diào)度各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)“電力流、信息流、業(yè)務(wù)流”的高度一體化融合。作為電網(wǎng)第二道防線的安全穩(wěn)定系統(tǒng),與變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、保護(hù)故障信息系統(tǒng)、電網(wǎng)在線預(yù)決策系統(tǒng)等電力應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)相融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享、應(yīng)用集成,成為電網(wǎng)安穩(wěn)控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文通過調(diào)查分析電網(wǎng)用戶對(duì)安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求,介紹如何在新一代電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)上,進(jìn)行新型安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),并給出安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件架構(gòu)以及數(shù)據(jù)類型;還根據(jù)安穩(wěn)控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了新型安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的基本功能和高級(jí)功能方案,并建立了適用于安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)模型以及各模型表的關(guān)系架構(gòu)圖;最后介紹給出了安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試環(huán)境和測(cè)試方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)在工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化接入。測(cè)試分析表明,基于新一代電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的電網(wǎng)安穩(wěn)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)可應(yīng)用于各種規(guī)模的電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)控裝置的信息管理,為運(yùn)行人員對(duì)穩(wěn)控裝置的運(yùn)行行為分析和現(xiàn)代化運(yùn)行管理提供必要的支持,為電網(wǎng)調(diào)度人員安全、準(zhǔn)確、迅速地處理電網(wǎng)事故提供信息支持和決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation and application of the third generation energy management system (EMSS) in China's power grid, the power generation, transmission, substation, distribution, power consumption and dispatching of modern power system are gradually realized "power flow, information flow," A highly integrated integration of business flows. As the second line of defense, the security and stability system is integrated with substation integrated automation system, fault protection information system, power network online pre-decision system and other power application systems to achieve data sharing and application integration. It has become the development trend of power grid stability control system. Based on the investigation and analysis of the functional requirements of the security data management system for power grid users, this paper introduces how to carry out the overall design of the new safe and stable data management system on the platform of the new generation power grid dispatching automation system. The software, hardware structure and data type of the security data management system are given, and the basic functions and advanced function schemes of the new security data management system are designed according to the characteristics of the security control system. Finally, the test environment and test scheme of the security data management system are introduced. To realize the standardized access of the secure data management system in the project site. The test results show that the data management system based on the new generation power dispatching automation system can be applied to the information management of power network stability control devices of various scales. It provides necessary support for operation behavior analysis and modern operation management of stabilizer, and provides information support and decision reference for power dispatching personnel to deal with power network accidents safely, accurately and quickly.
